We explore this very sad house

Ойын-сауық

This was a very sad reminder that all life’s possessions mean nothing when you die... from reading other people’s reports I’ve found out that the family of this house sadly all passed away. There son was the first which must of been absolutely devastating for them. I believe then the husband and lastly the lady (Annie) who is in one of the many photos still hanging on the wall. So many happy memories are left in this house, when walking around honestly made my eyes water up. One of the saddest explores I’ve ever done...
Hope you enjoy this video guys, even though there is nothing really joyful about this house..

Woodcliffe bittems was stunning! So sad to see it overgrown like this. We used to chat regularly to Anne and Terry when walking the footpath, overlooking along the tamar. Once she gave us a bottle of homemade jam. Such a creative person and sadly missed.

Shadow's against the wind, I know I'm a little late in watching and commenting on this video, however I agree. As an empath, I do pick up on peoples feelings a lot. Sometimes it makes it very difficult to communicate with them because when I try to be nice, it just makes them less and less happy. I truly do not understand people now days. I have learned to not have friends and to just stay home as much as possible!!

When I saw the chairs on that wooden floor... I could imagine the family coming down for breakfast, the sound of those chairs as they sat, and pulled up to the table, the smells of breakfast cooking, the morning greetings......what memories these old places hold.

Thank you for being respectful of the lives and story of those who lived here. I know people have commented saying you're being secretive and not fair for not telling, but, those are more the people who stare at a car wreck just to see the destruction. It's someone's life. Not meant to be gawked at. If you focus, you can gather enough of someone's story by seeing their home. The details are theirs to keep. You're doing great. Thank you for always being respectful. Keep it up.

Well said. Credit to this guy for respecting the privacy of the late family. It is not for the audience to know who the people were, but to appreciate the life they had through the video. Such a shame to see some of the mindless vandalism done by others, and heartwarming at the same time to see so many things undisturbed.

I went over there and everything that they didn't sell was left to rot in the yard and on the floor! All their childhood memories, pics, and arts and crafts ,Christmas cards, pets dead still in cages left all over the place rotting in the grass! Family also does this crap! They maybe druggies,or in a hurry and just take what they can sell and the rest is trash.

Looks like the kind of house I wouldn't mind owning one day. Looks as if it's in pretty good condition. I understand why you felt sad about this house. My wife and I looked round an old rectory in Norfolk in 2016, it had alot of wonderful items including beautiful Regency/Victorian furniture, 1950's Models of Yesteryear and quite a few butterflies in display cabinets. Thankfully there was no vandalism. Super 'cool' house, but quite disturbing with quite a few toys left on the floor of the study as if the folk had just gone out for the day never to come back…

Collecting dust and memories Lost in Time. Sad that some one went. And spray-painted some of the walls. I couldn't do anything like that. Even though the people have passed away. Hello, I'm new here n was wondering where u r from? I love that u have a big heart n lots of Empathy for the owners of these old homes who have sadly passed away leaving behind all that they cherishing in life. I have seen some Explorers that rummage through things looking for money n treasures n I dont watch their videos because I find it rather disrespectful to enter uninvited n carelessly walk on things n move things around n take things that belong to their owner. I believe that in many of these homes, the Spirits of the people still reside n r sad n upset to see strangers enter n invade their property only to steal n rummage through their belongings. It is bad Karma. Thank u for being a kind, caring soul. Be safe!

OMG amazing to see the things left behind after the lady died, would love to know what some of the books were, INteresting to note that when you went around the house & into the 3rd bedroom the typewriter was on the bed clsoed, yet in the first few minutes we see the typewriter open & it's an Olivetti Lettera something, it brought back so many memories because I had the Olivetti Lettera 12 which I bought in about 1978/1979 .... so many memories ....... Yes you're right those were old water bottles, my Nan had two & she always use to pop one into my bed to warm it up an hour or so before my bed time, then once I went to bed she'd come & pop it into her & Grandad's bed on her side & then bring the other one up & pop that on Grandad's side because he felt the cold more than she did (or so she claimed anyway). Amazing to see the old TV with EIGHT channel buttons .... the first TV I remember had a dial that you turned to tune it in to the station & then we had a push button TV but it only had FOUR buttons BBC1, BBC2, 3 & 4 so must have been from before ITV (as it was) had a name, our next TV did have EIGHT buttons (2 rows of 4) & they were BBC1, BBC2, ITV, 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8. Love your videos, would love to visit some of these old houses myself, but .........

Wonderful antiques💕 Definitely the pottery, class bottles, paintings, and even some of the sketching depending on who did them are worth money. I'd try to buy the whole house, then clean it out, and then sell some of it on eBay or somewhere else. Very nice find.😉 🌟🌟🌟rating from me. Just wished you'd have given the history of the family, and that you focussed on certain item's longer. The house did not seem sad! It definitely was family oriented at one time. Why isn't there anything really joyful about the home? Because they died? We're all going to die. Were they murdered? Did they die of some disease? A tragic death? Were they abused people who lived a horrible traumatic life? It doesn't appear they had a bad life. Because of all the stuff left behind? That makes it a sad home? You think they're looking down from heaven saying look at all our stuff? Not even close! But strangers are? People are obsessed with stuff, focused so much on stuff that they forget about the souls. Where they're at now is all that truely matters. Perhaps people who view this are truely sad because they fear their own death and leaving all their possessions behind. Yes death is sad because if they left loved ones behind they will be missed but when you have faith and believe in God and know that there's a home waiting for you in heaven then none of those things matter anymore. They looked like they lived a good life, their home didn't appear sad to me, I didn't get a horrible feeling about the place. I sensed a lot of peace and love in that home. They died at peace knowing they would all see eachother in heaven. There's nothing to be sad about. For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. They lost it all in this world but gained it all in eternity. Well that's my hopes for this family that they knew the Lord. This home makes me think of how beautiful it was when they all lived there together and their smiles as they enjoyed eachothers company and the simple pleasures of all those lovely things inside their home. They made that home their sanctuary. After they started passing away one by one, their sadness was just for a short while, compared to eternity with everlasting joy. I've seen very sad abandoned homes that are really sad because you can see they had a bad life, no peace at all in them they leave you with either a heavy heart or a bad feeling of evil in the home and this isn't one of them. Nothing but love in this home.

Looks like this was a house loved at the time. What I don’t understand is why people that own property etc., have a will that leaves possessions etc to a charity or friend or neighbor. My aunts neighbor never married and didn’t have family. She left a will bequeathing her possessions to her caregiver. Things were donated and the property sold

I have a Viscount Aerospace SE, a run-out model made before the company went out business in the late 1970's. My father brought for me from a friend of mine for £50 in '79. My mum brought my brother a Honda 250 Dream. Sold my bike to my other brother, who promptly ruined it. Now in my garage waiting to be restored.

I would put something heavy on both sides of that creaking door that moves from the wind. Too creepy even though it’s just the wind.

I watched a few explores of this place and one time some explorer's found the son and his mother's arns of ashes I can't understand is if the husband passed away before his wife how did his wife's deathbed photo and ashes end up back at the house ? Very sad.
