In the year 1979, 16 years old Jadav found hundreds of snakes dead on the drought affected Majuli island in the river Brahmaputra, Assam. The child asked the elders around, “Are we also going to die like these snakes have?” With this question has begun the journey of Molai to conserve the ecosystem around him.
In this episode, you will see the journey of Apurva visiting the home of Padma Shree Jadav Molai Payeng ji, the magnificent Molai forest reserve and the extended land of Molai forest reserve, where a future forest is going to be soon created by SankalpTaru foundation in association with this green warrior.
