I especially like the idea of some of these vehicles or tanks having drone attached to them. It would make sense to improve a visual of the battlefield from within the armor. Companies could even add laser designators for pinpoint accuracy.

Already have laser designators, it’s a very common thing on tanks. It’s been a thing for so long enemies and others alike have created a counter for it, ; laser warning systems. Drones can be easily attached to a tank unit with proper coordination, but dedicated drone usage would be a little costly and require an extra crew member/an existing crew member being more overworked.

its a good idea until you realize that it is still jamable and significantly inflates the cost of a vehicle, question is what is better 10 tanks with drones and other improved electronic systems or 30 tanks without them. Conisdering the usage of drones vs armor such as fpv/lancet, id say the latter but there is a definetly a golden ratio in number and in loadout

im pretty sure the KF51 will likely have this functionality very soon as it already possess a tank launched drone although currently for recon, no doubt they will make variation of drones to suit the missions needs for combat load.
