Josh Bell never bashed the crew..it was the clients experience. Try to keep an open mind. You don't HAVE to pick one set of brothers over the other...and you don't NEED to make up lies

Unfortunately the full story is that in the transition Caleb and Christian were logged out of the CRM because the Bells were keeping that. They had no way to even know a client was contacting them let alone able to respond.
