Camo dudes active, pacing back and forth like tigers

Fact is.. the cammo dudes/ contracted security personnel, have no authority to stop or question anyone outside the perimeter of this restricted area. Unless of course someone breaches the perimeter and exit's. Then they have authority to stop and detain you until the county boys respond. I've been visiting this operational location since the mid 1990's. I knew some of the security personnel over the year's. I investigated the toxic materials burying incident. I was also an Air Force security policeman and know the laws as to what and what not they have authority in. As long as you are outside the perimeter, you can stay there for up to two week's in the same location as this is BLM land. Yeah, they'll attempt sneaking up on your location in order to get your vehicle tag number so they can provide this to base security for a background check and for their records. AFOSI on site wants this information.

...Over the years and knowing a few personnel that worked at this location in the early to mid 1990's, I've learned quite a few things concerning development of various items. These are way a head of the time's. But that's what this place was created for. Wish I could talk about some of this but that's not going to happen, as I don't wish to jeopardize our national security, or spend time locked away in some federal prison in isolation. That's the deterrent to the personnel and worker's here. They are often kept on a very short leash. I've spent time out at the perimeter. It's such a desolate and serene place. Funny that when I first camped out near the campfire hill, I was sleeping in my pickup truck and having a great time. I played the PlayStation game; Area 51. I laugh at that because I found out later I was being surveilled and they knew exactly what I was doing. I had to take a crap in the morning and thought I was hidden enough from view....But I really wasn't. How embarrassing to know they had me in sight all the while. They have excellent surveillance cameras and equipment. You'd be very surprised. 😯

Security can't have their cell phones on site unless they let IT disable the camera and mic. No video, photography, or audio recording devices, even among the security force, is allowed on site.

I can imagine the actual aliens confused as fuck thinking “what the FUCK is paul doing over there with the humans?!”

We camped by the groom lake gate for two days, didn't have a problem once. They even turned their brights off as they drove through our camp. We've had nothing but cool experiences with em. They are cool as long as you are.

Was never a huge fan of the desert but the lighting at the end was so pretty.

as long as you stay on the public road they cant arrest you. you still like 25 miles to the base so they should just sit there and be quiet unless someone attempts to go onto government property

Without reading the already 101 existing comments I just wanted to let you know about the Antennas at the Main Gate up the Hill. It is no Motion Sensor nor Infrared-what-so-ever. The lower Antennas are directed Antennas for HF-Radio, and he opper smaller ones are Direct LInks. So there are certain Point-to-Point-Radio-connections. Normaly used for Data-exchange and/or Backup for Ladnlines.

I just wanna say, I find it funny how people think area 51 is so special, when in reality, they could go underground in ANY city and just about anywhere, and find stuff far more interesting that is hidden much more on purpose. Just saying, so much focus on this one little base, when the mountains around and such have secret bunkers etc...I'm sure area 51 is just a little tiny face of a huge underground base and such.

Until Lazar made his absurd alien claims, only hardcore airplane buffs ever went there. Now thanks to Lazar, people come out of the woodwork to "see them aliens". LOL In reality this base is no more special (as Turtle said) than any other that has classified work going on. You'd get the same rough treatment from security anywhere, especially the mean A$$ USAF security dudes (MPs) that you DON'T WANT to meet but would if you got past the Wackenhut security cammo dudes. Security is in layers at classified facilities. Try sneaking onto wright patterson in ohio or Vandenberg afb in CA, and see what happens... lol same stuff. They are not trying to hide "alien/ufo" secrets from us, they are trying to hide next gen military aviation secrets from Putin and Xi Jinping!!!!!! Such knowledge is life and death in war.

Haha....I would love too, but it's not in the budget quite yet

Just realised they took down all the yellow stuff which is cool the yellow was blocking the stuff

So I thought it would be neat to present a challenge to people to develop a vehicle that could fool the camo dudes and sneak by them on public land only no going over the line into area 51. This is just a simple technological challenge to see how inventive people can get. Watching all the cameo dude videos I notice they can see the dust trail of vehicles and you can see there's. So this would be the first challenge to eliminate dust perhaps with thinner wheels and to disguise the vehicle in the land scape. I figured if area 51 can develop crafts that can avoid detection with invisibility can stealth why can't the public due the same thing in a harmless challenge of indignity and innovation's. So is anybody out there that want to take a challenge like this?

I think a great prank would be to have someone go to the entrance area with a camera. Have him pretend he's just taking pictures or videos. Then have someone else come about half an hour later, in an all black SUV with tinted widows, blacked out rims y todo! Have him dressed up in a black suit with sunglasses on, hair slicked back tambien. Have him get out with a suitcase, open it and put it on the ground facing the base. In it is just a CD that has Rick Astly when you play it. Have him leave and not say anything. Wait about 20-30 minutes until the first guy who's recording it all go up and act all suspicious about the suitcase, pick it up and then drive off. See if the camo dudes came up on you or not😂
