people say the infinity symbol *snake eating it's own tail* means DESTRUCTION AND FOREVER and i think agent peters was trying to generate pz leaders powers and memories and was creating a replica of the pz leader with the power of pz leader to later on get those powers from the replica but it didnt work out and the replica started killing all of the hackers because the replica wanted to be the leader of everything.
