Ah the irony. In trying to make Fred the unlikable comic relief, it backfired, and he became the best character.

The animators backs must hurt from carrying the whole show, I feel bad for all the hard work they had to put into this because they deserve better

I unironically love Scrappy's design...also props to the animators for putting so much effort into a trash product. I hope they got paid big time.

In a better Scooby Doo show, Fred and Velma as step siblings could make for a nice character study, giving them a chance to see new sides to each other. Maybe Velma has a secret obsession with soap operas she watches on school nights, or maybe Fred reads books about applied physics to master his trap building.

The SNL skit they just did parodying Scooby Doo was ten times better than this show could ever dream to be.

Fun Fact: Season 2 is ACTUALLY just Season 1 but split into 2 parts and Warner Bros ACTED like it was Season 2! I'm praying that they cancelled this show so that Scrappy killing Velma would fully redeem him and actually kill off the show!

I was always a scrappy fan.

You know something's wrong if Scrappy is the best character of the show.

Norville's grandma was lost by her relatives and her surname is "Perdue" wich means "lost" in french, this show is so deep guys, you need very high IQ to understand "Velma"-

Just thought I would remind people that Mindy actually sexually assaulted her male costar and told the crew if they said anything she'd fire them. she told this story on either Conan or Jimmy Kimmel, I think Jimmy. she bragged about being a predator and coercing/extorting compliance.

I hope this show redeems itself by giving the Ghostbusters a cameo and allowing for them to take away ghost Velma before they are able to do the ritual to bring her back.

the "identical twin brother guy" is also the voice of: buck Strickland (king of the hill), the mayor in amphibia, lil' Gideon's dad and mister lager in Seinfeld

Scrappy Doo may not have been the hero we wanted or deserved, but he was the hero we needed.

I feel so BAD for the animators. The writing is total piss, but the animation absolutely goes OFF sometimes in this show

I'm sorry but Fred unironically has a positive arc and I'm cheering for him more than Velma. He's so unaware but like. Look where he came from, being a misogynist to being an idiotic happy woman respecter, and finding faith which makes him happy. He immediately lost it because his faith was trash due to multiple reasons but he's exploring himself, so hey. Again he's not perfect but for someone who's meant to be the bad person he's the most respectable

Honestly the animation can go SO hard it sucks it has to be wasted on the sub par writing and characters 😭 I hope the animators get to work on something the whole world enjoys soon.

I cannot deny, this is a lot better than season 1. So much less talking to the audience and jokes actually landing.

I was almost tricked into watching this again then realized I'd already seen everything in the previous episodes.

I'm still baffled how this prequel origin story for Velma that obsentially before the crew was made and started solving crime mysteries has a hex girl that looks older and worn out, before they ever supposedly first met them in the future.

Love that Fred in any version of Scooby doo, will remain the best character

I think it's a good comparison BECAUSE Inside Job is a good show. Velma has no excuse for having such good animation when amazing well written shows cant afford it. At least i think that was the point i havent watched either show in its entirety lol
