Actually most American viewers loved ghandi, the problem was that when the show aired in India, the viewers didn’t take ghandis character well and saw it as disrespectful. So they did a hunger strike outside of the programs building.

Oh my god I just noticed that

At one point they described Lincoln's assassination as instant death, but Lincoln actually survived for about a day after he was shot. Granted he probably wasn't entirely conscious and was probably in excruciating pain.

He did survive but I can't expect that he felt much. The damage form basically contained to the brain, which doesn't have pain receptors (One of the reasons why they can do brain surgery without anaesthesia). I can bet he was uncomfortable, but excruciating pain? Not so sure

I feel like some people mistake cloning as resurrection. To me, cloning is what it is. It's taking the genes of someone and recycling them into a body with identical properties. It's the twins that were lost to time and depending on their lifestyle, they will can live different lives from the original. The clone can also be seen similar to a grandkid that looks an awful lot like their grandparents with the same name but in no way are the same and if so, share similarities but still have their individuality. So no, Abraham Lincoln's clone does not remember his death as gruesome as it wasn't his death to begin with 😅

I would like you to binge every episode of the original "Charmed." A lot of people don't realize just how insanely and entertainingly bad it is. There are times when it borders on being the "The Room" of television. It starts off as a normal bad show and then gets worse in new and creative ways every season. It is amazing.

he plays the janitor in scrubs(revealed to be same name as the one in CH in the scrubs finale), multiple reoccurring characters and the dad in mean girls. also Bill Lawrence, the creator of scrubs also work on CH!!

i really love that this show matches these three bananaheads' wavelengths so damn well, it's too bad the second season isn't delivering the same charm and caliber as the original

The start made me realize how Picasso the designs are.

JFK, Abe, and Gandhi are my favorite characters in the show by far

The way Ghandi's response was handled was in a way Ghandi himself would disaprove of. You are not supposed to stage a hunger strike for him under any circumstances (technically not supposed to stage a hunger strike at all)

The entire point of this show, which is lost if you don’t know about it, is that it was a parody of teens dramas in the early 2000s. Of course, the new writers for season 2 didn’t know that.

Personally I'd recommend Duck Dodgers (2003). It's a show based off the old Duck Dodgers Looney Tunes shorts and it's really good! You guys would enjoy binging it

It's funny how Ponce De Leon was basically a straight up reference to Fonzie from the tv series Happy Days (the one from the 70s). Black boots, leather jacket with white t-shirt, the hairstyle and sideburns, the nickname (Ponce de Leon became Poncie the same way Arthur H. Fonzarelli became Fonzie). They referenced a 1950s greaser from a 1970s tv series in a 2000s cartoon that's being watched in the 2020s

George Washington Carver invented 300 distinct uses for peanuts and their shells. Though he never invented peanut butter. Peanut butter was invented way before him. They were just in very high supply and he needed new uses to make them profitable and make some money for himself.

Gandhi being high just makes me want to do drugs less because then what if all my sad and bad feelings and horrible memories come back to haunt me more than they already do

That legit isn’t what happened. Abraham Lincoln argued that slavery was morally wrong for years before he ran for President. When he won the presidency, several Southern States immediately seceded from the Union in fear that he would try using his newfound power to regulate or abolish slavery. After they did this, he issued the Emancipation Proclamation, which freed all slaves in the rebel states (Slavery then only existed in Kentucky and West Virginia, which had fragmented off of Virginia when Virginia joined the Confederacy). Later, the 13th Amendment would ban all Slavery within the United States, largely due to Lincoln’s efforts in rallying the Union against the Confederacy.

Well actually Abraham Lincoln did not die instantaneously after being shot by that old .44-caliber “pocket cannon” . The bullet had entered through Lincoln's left ear and lodged behind his right eye. He was paralyzed and barely breathing. He was carried across Tenth Street, to a boarding-house opposite the theater, but the doctors' best efforts failed. I think it's because in the older show they used character shape theory and it helped each character stand out but not too much and then the reboot just changed that by smoothing out everyone's edges and rounding out everything
