Well lets be real Helluva boss is basically the creators fan fiction of her own work. With that show she doesn't care at all about consistency or plot. She just gets to have fun with each episode. This show its clear she has to try to make something coherent and top-tier. Likely from an actual studio expecting a hit show for their service. You can really tell this show got a little more thought put into it.

@@dnidaz2553 This, Hazbins main issue is having to fly through everything too fast because of the episode limit they were given, but apart from that, it's much better as a whole since they actually had a plan for where they were going and stuck with it, whereas with Helluva they decided to start off with a general premise and just wing it from there. It's creative direction really began to change a lot later on and I think the change in writing staff was no coincidence regarding that.

The fact that my only criticism is that the show wasn't longer and we didn't get to see more should really tell you how good this show is

My personal favorite scenes are basically just Charlie and Vaggie being a cute couple, especially the flashback how they first met and their kiss at the end of their version of “More Than Anything”, they were all so friggin adorable and romantically wholesome at the same time 💕🥰

I honestly wanted more of it? Lumity had dozens of moments of them flustering each other and charming tf out of their respective girlfriend. It might be bc they’re an older couple with a more established relationship as opposed to two tweens with their first love, but I would have loved to have seen that.

one issue someone else pointed out was how Charlie is never actually there for Vaggie, like vaggie is always around so it doesn't seem like that big a deal, but Charlie dated her for 3 years and the conversation of her being an angel never showed up? (it should be noted the person was complaining about the one way relationship in the show, we don't actually know whether Charlie was that way outside of the show, personally I think the issue is the combo that the show is focused on Charlies Dream while Vaggie also has the whole I am her armor thing and is focused so much on Charlie that she forgets herself)

watching the pilot before watching the actual series is just the right way to do it, literally had to rewatch the pilot after like 4 or 5 years before watching the series then rewatched it afterwards and it was INSANE

It's really fun to see them actually enjoy a show and get invested in its characters. When I first started watching it, I was worried I wouldn't enjoy it (bc of the twitter hate combined with the fact that I'm not into Helluva Boss), but I had really been looking forward to it since the pilot so I watched it anyway. It was a pleasant surprise to realize "holy shit i'm actually having a good time?!" and being excited every time more episodes aired. It's by no means a perfect show (it was pretty fast-paced because of the episode limit, for example), but it's definitely really fun and at times even emotional

i hope adam becomes a demon and desperately begs charlie for a second chance, and then hijinks ensue, revealing how adam got into heaven the first time. adam is an amazing hater.

Honestly, the best musical series I've seen

I am amazed at how far Vivziepop has come in her career to finally have her dream come to life and become a hit show with an absolutely BANGER soundtrack that continues to gain praise and admiration. Even on this channel, it seems like you guys genuinely enjoyed it. It is truly inspiring, especially to me as an amateur creator. Indeed, it is an astonishing achievement. After 4 years of waiting and patience to see Hazbin Hotel finally brought to life, it feels like a dream come true, and to me, at least the show was definitely worth the wait. Congratulations to Vivziepop herself and everyone who worked to make this show happen. Cannot wait for Season 2.

The fact that if Spilling the Milk can enjoy Hazbin Hotel, the show gets Certified Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes and the soundtrack hit #1 on Billboard lists, then you know you have created a universally acclaimed show that’s going to win some awards!

HONESTLEY, I thought the show was going to be bad but however with drama being pulled aside, it's actually really good and beautifully animated in my opinion. Really can't wait until the next season comes out. I love you Vivzie your the best.

There was also a drama where she allegedly abused an employee with ADHD, but in fact that the employee did not provide ANY evidence that Vivzi was bad and bullied employees, and many other employees spoke well of Vivzi. Vivzi was also bullied because of her support for the libiral. All. Here are all the dramas. (and also a drama with Verbelaz, but EVERYONE knows about this situation)

They were indie by the time they realeased the pilot, but then they got in a group with other animation companies in a one big uhh something, so it is NOT indie

My favorite episode is also the hardest to watch. Episode 4 is just so heartbreaking but amazing at the same time. Seriously why do some people say it glorifies SA? It definitely doesn’t. Never gets easier to watch despite the fact I’ve seen it probably 15 times.

People get tripped up over other jokes that they make involving SA more than that episode itself I think; like when Sir Pentious said, "Because I'm having sex with everyone!" And then got dragged into a sex room... it makes people think they have double standards about it when I'm pretty sure they really meant it as a harmless joke about an already goofy character

It's nice seeing people genuinely liking this show instead of clowning on it like on Twitter and the many youtube reviews criticizing it. I'm not saying that these people aren't allowed to have their opinions, but just hating on Vivziepop's work in general without giving it much of a chance is kinda mean and she deserves better. This show is a W for me. With a few flaws.

It sucks that ppl went into this show with the lens of how much hate its gotten and expecting it to be shit. Don’t get me wrong, it has its flaws and the fan base is something else, but the positives FAR outweigh the negatives. Character designs and growth, animation, music and to some extend plot and definitely lore. It has its downsides obviously with some of the dialogue and plot points, but it does not at all deserve the hate its gotten

I literally can’t watch a 1-2 hour video without pausing 30 times and just getting bored but I can proudly say I binged watched this whole entire video without any breaks! That’s extremely rare for me, you guys are slowly turning into my favorite KZreadrs..

Okie doke I’m gonna need like 11 more seasons of Hazbin Hotel and a crossover movie or comic with Helluva Boss! This show is so frickin good and it’s doing incredibly well on Amazon Prime which is also great news to hear!

I remember twitter going on about how bad this show was and accusing the creator of so many controversies. Eventually one of my friends watched it for shits and giggles and ended up liking it. I put it on the background while we gamed and the music was enough to get me interested that by the finale I went back and rewatched. Twitter's a dumb fucking hivemind, this show is not that bad.

As much as this show is, i have to deliver this fun fact to some about the Pilot, Even though the voice actors for the pilot didn't proceed to reprise the roles aside from Charlie, Vaggie & Angel's outfits making it in, there is a song by Black Gryph0n (Alistor's singing voice from the Pilot) called "Thank You and Goodbye" it even has an emotional verse from Elsie Lovelock (Charlie's singing voice from the Pilot & Uzi from Murder Drones). Also apparently Brandon voicing Katie Killjoy (voiced then by Faye Mata in the pilot) is sort of inspired by Bryce Tangthrust, one of Brandon's characters.
