Thanks for our first glimpse of Sardinia - those beaches and the colour of the water are spectacular. I’m not sure what I expected it to look like but not quite that beautiful.

It was surprisingly icy! A few days later it was oddly a lot warmer. Might have been tides or something. Brilliant colours though!

The only upside was that we didn't need to get up at the crack of dawn to disembark. Last year the ferry we took to Albania was terrible in that way. 😒

Awesome guys. I lived in Sardinia then moved back to SA years ago. This meant sooo much to me. I'm returning for a holiday in 2 weeks time after years. I'm off to LA Madalena. Loved the video. You guys are fabulous!!!!!

Thanks for a great video! Don't leave Sardegna before visiting the Baunei coast (rent a boat in Cala Gonone) and make a full day visiting all the beautiful beaches, starting from Cala Golorize! Bring bread to feed the 🐠🐟 and snorkel in the most beautiful water 💦

Wow, the beaches and water looks fabulous. What temperature and time did you bake the pizza for, and could one do that in the airfryer by any chance ? Have you tried that as mini pizzas in the airfryer, and would it use less of the battery power than the oven? Many thanks for another lovely stage of the journey.

With our very small oven I'm not sure the temperature setting is very accurate 😁 I just keep it at full whack (220C) with both top and bottom elements. The pizza took about 20 minutes. You can definitely do this in those all-in-one air fryer oven thingy's. We would love one of those, but it would have to fit it the space of the current little oven somehow.

You are a great looking couple and Sardinia is stunning but I can't take my eyes off that lovely paint job on your MH 😅 I would love to attempt something similar ❤

Looking good guys. I thought that the ferry looked quite nice but if it long and difficult to get some sleep, I understand where you are coming from. Those beaches look amazing, how cool are those small rounded stones and the squishy/spongy bit before it dips onto the beach. I love it. And the colour of the water, it looks so inviting. Good on ye for taking a dip. That desk for your laptop looks great, is it home made or something that you purchased ? A great way of using the space. Andre managed very well on his kite surfing expedition, it looks like wonderful exercise. Safe travels.

Hi guys great channel thanks for sharing so much information it’s a great help for us in the early planning stages of moving into a truck full-time. Just a couple of requests for the info vlogs can you explain the setup for the CO2 gas water how do you utilize a large gas bottle in the soda stream also would Lisa be prepared to demonstrate one of her typical yoga sessions or recommend a free yoga app. Thanks keep up the good work.

Traveled by ferry from Genoa to Sardinia in 2022 had a fantastic time, did use camp sites while there but went to different beaches places of interest using our scooter will be going back. Safe traveling to you both

🤣 We're starting to think the tiny glasses are a bad thing. for other reasons.. We just keep filling them up indiscriminately.. 😁 The new PowerStation added 1500Wh and more importantly a 2000W inverter. We can now store about 3800Wh (approx. 300Ah) in power banks. That's in addition to our 100Ah for our habitation battery.

We're planning on exploring Sardinia for a few weeks. Before the holiday season starts in Italy we have to make our way further north.

Nice intro to Sardinia and loving the kite surfing. What’s happened to the tech tip videos? I was anticipating the electrical setup one (as we’ve just upgraded ours) and noticed the previous ones have also disappeared.

Thanks for that. We appreciate your support. Unfortunately, we noticed that those videos were hurting our channel as our core audience are generally not interested in that type of content. This causes KZread to stop recommending our content. Our channel is not big enough to ignore this reality. Also, it's debatable whether it's worth our while putting in the hours for another weekly video. Our channel is generating very little income and the time that goes into making videos is hard to justify. Even for our vlogs. What we might do is work snippets of technical aspects into the vlogs as that seems to just work better for our viewers.

@@WeWillNomad Ah ok - that’s a shame. It does seem that KZreadrs need to focus just on one thing (travelling or tech or whatever) so I guess that’s why. I guess I’ll never know your leccy setup now 😉. FWIW I found them interesting and helpful. One thing I like is occasionally seeing the day to day living of travellers like yourselves. I know creators always say it’s boring but 1) you live such different lives to many people that it really isn’t and 2) good creators can make the mundane seem interesting. I know ‘content creators’ can get a bad rep but some of the editing/music/cinematography is really well done.

Looks a fabulous place! How much did the ferry crossing cost? I had no idea it was possible to sail from Barcelona to Sicily. Great plan.

Aah but it's Sardinia not Sicily 😁 Although you can take a ferry from Sardinia to Sicily so in fact it is possible to sail from Barcelona to Sicily 😁 If you get a return ticket it might work out better per keg, but we paid 275 EUR for 2 adults, camper and cabin, one way from Barcelona to Porto Torres.

You definitely can get into big trouble with drones if you're not careful. It's not illegal to fly in Italy but you have to be mindful of the regulations as well as be registered as an operator. You also need 3rd party insurance. 😒
