In this new waitress / new waiter training video we discuss the importance of being a good actor! If you learn how to be a good actor, you have learn how to be a good waiter! Restaurant servers are highly organized, multi tasking people who are also acting for money! The better actors we are, the more money we make! Those guests are in the restaurant not only to fill their stomachs with food! They are there to socialize and to have fun! We should know that and use it to our advantage! We have to be able to entertain them, but don't forget that everything is to a certain degree and for every guest is different ball game!

Don"t underestimate the power of your acting abilities, guy! If you set your mind that this is just a job and you have to perform in front of the guests as the best waiter in the world, just go out there and perform for couple of hours! Then get your money and do whatever brings you pleasure! It is not easy but it works! Try it today!

I love your accent 😍 a few questions! Have you ever had a regular who always comes a few times a week and you are guaranteed a tiny tip?(I worked at a mom and pop restaurant and had a man always only tip everyone 1$ even if it’s steak dinners and such). Do you just keep on smiling and giving them your 100% ?
