These guys are doing wonderful work. Specially considering that the government in that country is very business unfriendly and does not help in any way, in terms of properly setting up vocational, educational, and safety standards for industrial units. Instead the government tries its best to shut down any local industry. Many Auto Manufacturers defaulted, and many textile firms got shut down, due to corrupt government's wrong and bad policies and heavy taxation.

Интересно однако,в гаражных условиях делают экскаваторы. Для нашей местности такой экскаватор слабоват,а вот песчаный грунт копать пойдет.

Don't worry. For safety reasons all blinded welders are chained to the machines.

They make the tractor you see in this video. It is 100% Made In Pakistan by Millat Tractors a local company, they license the product design from Massey Ferguson, but completely manufacture it in Pakistan. Pakistan does assemble Honda, Toyota, Suzuki cars. Also Hino Trucks and many types of Buses are manufactured locally. Pakistan had two local Car brand, Adam Motors and Prefect Motors, that made Pakistani Cars. But government has never supported local auto industry and instead taxed them heavily, so those went bankrupt. The government of Pakistan is unfortunately not helpful at all. Whatever industry tries to come up, they try their best to demolish it, by corruption or heavy taxation.

This "Unit" started out Being a "KIT", But 78 pieces were "Missing" of the 82 TOTAL PARTS. So the "Crew" got some old dilapidated pieces-parts from the local "Ship dismantling Yard", threw away ALL the "safty-Gear" ( wearing all that Junk slows down production) ,& started "Slicing-n-Diceing", with whatsoever they had; welded,bent,formed,& Fabricated Using the Most "Precission of Tooling": including their MOST Prized Posession; = a 9 pound Sled-a-matic Hammer to "Machine things into place"!!! When the "Going got rough"; they "NEVER FORCED IT ", They just Used a BIGGER HAMMER! Where as Grease & oil must cost $385.°° a gallon & hydraulic fluid costs $ 1.22.°° a gallon( mostly recycled 7-8 times) the "Total -Unit" WILL LEAK 14 Gallons per Hour from those "Home-made" hydraulic cylinders......ALL Those Seals WILL "BLOW-OUT" on the second stroke of Articulation !!!! From ZERO MACHINING of the Interal Tubes.

What is your specialty. Aside from a pessimist critic. At least they are doing something positive for themselves, and their country. And the Government DOES not do anything to help them, in setting up proper industry. I am from that part of the World. And I appreciate these hard workers, they are going against all odds, and do the job, with whatever little they have. Otherwise, the alternative are Donkeys and camels, and hand digging with shovels. Since Government is extremely business unfriendly, and does everything to destroy local industry.

No safety glasses, no steel toe shoes. There needs to be sort of work safety in that country. It pisses me off to see them abuse their bodies. They just don't give a shit. Their bosses spend all this money on equipment but can not provide them with any safety gear. But they can have all these stupid decorations on their trucks and tractors.
