Anyone tech savvy can fit a HU, But its the annoying things that go wrong or come up and the likes of John that will stay with it. That is where i have some respect. Some cars/installs you dont know what you're running into.

I just put this system into my 07 Tundra. Works great, especially with the wireless CarPlay. As far as the fit, my only complaint is that at the junction between the stereo face and the AC panel, it is protruding slightly on the right side only…the same exact location you pointed out on the video. Any ideas to get it to sit flush with the trim? It isn’t much…a couple of millimeters. But it would be nice to have it look like it’s a stock fit.

Yeah your rear view camera will still work. You would need to get the rav 2018 version though

That depends on the manufacture. From my experience if it's not listed then it's a hit or miss. 50/50

Any chance you could label the wires? I just installed mine, but I am getting zero sound coming out. JBL Stock Radio + 08' Limited

If you have the JBL unit you might want to look into the remote amp wire to turn the factory amp on. Should be a blue wire.

I wish you would showcase the apple CarPlay/android auto function of these head units more thoroughly. Many of your videos just show the installation process, turning it on, flipping through the default software, and it ending right after, like this video. You did show AA here, but it was only about 2 minutes, and CarPlay wasn’t showcased. It’d be nice to see a longer segment of how well CarPlay/AA works for us in the market, as there aren’t a lot of quality videos showing these head units in the car in action.

Trying to find A good Universal radio like 10 inch for my 2018 Jeep Cherokee trackhawk haven’t seen nobody do that on KZread kinda scared it can’t be done 🥲🥲🥲they gave me a 8 inch radio but it’s still so small literally need find one better I would even do a 12 inch but heard they move slow
