My husband and I did this kind of work on our 5 acres about 20 years ago. Very hard work but so rewarding. We couldn’t do it now..we are both in our 70’s! Your home is going to be amazing and you will have such great stories to tell!

I did not know that in extreme heat, hot tea was the best for you. I have heard when you get very hot or over heated, you should not drink ice water but Luke warm water. I am so glad you have invited us to be a part of your rebuilding/remodel/bringing back to life this awesome property. Can't you just hear the celebrating of the beautiful wooded area and the land, the boulders and rocks being uncovered. We are told by our Creator, to treat the land well. To take care of it and the critters that live there. You and Olesya and your friends are such hard, strong workers with a love of natural beauty and nature. Ich habe diese Erfahrung bei einem Ägypter kennengelernt, als ich vkr vielen Janren bei schwülem Gewitterwetter in München ankam - müde und erschöpft - und dieser Mann mir heißen, gesüßten Pfefferminztee anbot. Ich reagierte spontan über und wurde ganz schnell klein mit Hut. Es tat sooo gut und ich war dankbar! Heute? Wächst marokkanische Minze in meinem Garten...ein paar frische Blätter gepflückt und überbrüht...herrlich erfrischend im warmen Sommer!...

I just got my electricity restored today and I’m thankful to God for bringing me through Hurricane Beryl. Other than losing power and the heat being almost unbearable things could have been worse. Malheureusement, ces fourrés ont dû être dégagés. Nous avons laissé de bonnes prunes.

Querido Alexander, qué gran trabajo están haciendo, pronto tendrán un hermoso lugar para vivir !! No quiero polemizar, pero creo que los comentarios sobre la “tala de árboles” son hechos por personas que tienen poco conocimiento de la naturaleza. Erróneamente se piensa que nunca se debe cortar un árbol, lo cual es falso porque también enferman, envejecen e incluso pueden representar un peligro para la gente y también hay vegetación que constituye una plaga y daña la flora endémica. En esos casos es pertinente quitar árboles y reforestar la zona. Saludos desde México.

Gracias ! ¡Cada palabra que dices es verdad! !!! De todos los árboles que cortamos, logramos dejar cinco árboles buenos y no infectados. Ahora, en lugar de estos arbustos, recibirán más luz los robles y pinos que plantamos antes.

Thanks a lot! We left a lot of wood for the fireplace. That's right, there will be a new safe stove in the house. We will use boulders to create flower beds and compositions with ornamental shrubs.

The building has nothing to do with this, these are infected trees, most of them are weeds and wild growth from the seeds of fruit trees that once upon a time grew on this abandoned site, some grew on the site of buildings destroyed by time over the years
