WE ARE (18FES) REACTION! | ONE OK ROCK | Taka | Toru | Ryota | Tomoya

ONE OK ROCK ARIGATOUGOZAIMASHITA!!!
What an AMAZING collaboration with his fans!! Full of goosebumps and a lot of mixed emotions that went through us when watching this incredible live performance by ONE OK ROCK!
For us this nearly put us into tears as we are now way passed the age of 18 and we truly understand the difficulties of becoming an adult and trying to go through life but people around you always treat you like a kid. The struggles of saying good bye with your friends from highschool and going on a new journey to meet people but the fear of if you will be treated the same way by others.
Going through a lot of rocky roads in life and listening to this music really got us and it makes us remember the hard times we both went through but also finding the light that the older peope guided us through!
Moving from our past story... really an Amazing performance by Taka! His voice is so strong and full of impact! The way he reaches those high notes with ease MAN!
Also got to give massive CREDIT to his FANS! What a beautiful harmony they were putting out!
Wish we were there as well to experience this!
We really hope to go to one of his concerts in the near future and experience this LIVE!
To all of those that are 18 and are scared to explore the adult world, dont worry! You have us and ONE OK ROCK! We will always deliver quality content for you guys!
As always thank you so much for watching our reaction! If you did enjoy it please like and subscribe to our channel! Thank you!!

The coming of age in Japan changed legally in Japan from 20 to 18 yo just in 2018. For this celebration, 1,000 kids from 17 to 19 yo from all around the country were recruited. Taka, the singer and leader, dropped from high school, against his parents will, to pursuit his career. Both the parents are stellar singers in Japan (Shin'ichi Mori, and Masako Mori). If you follow what he says in the intro and the lyrics, everything will make more sense to you. Being a grown up professional does not guarantee you success. But the social pressure is such that it is a must to conform to the rules. The song is like a North Star for future generation of young people who want to be themselves. The proof of that, ten years later, are themselves, as a successful and meaningful rock band. By the way, One OK Rock, has its origins in the time they gathered to start practicing. In Japanese, one o'clock, sounds like " wan okurokku". Thence, One OK Rock.

This was not improvised. The kids were chosen to participate and they rehearsed for months before this performance. The performance itself was (probably) one take. The band watched the kids' rehearsal progress in videos but this was the first time they performed together. You should also check out the performance at Ambitions Japan Dome Tour, and also Mighty Long Fall at 35xxxv Japan Tour. Both videos are available on the official ONE OK ROCK KZread channel.

Great reaction guys! 🙌🏼😬 There’s so many good songs to recommend by ONE OK ROCK. But personally Clock Strikes is my favorite. But the cover Taka does of Adele’s song Hello is amazing. Whatever song of theirs you choose to react to I HIGHLY recommend you react to their live performances. They’re always better live than their albums(not that their albums are bad).

Don't forget to check out BAND-MAID. Everything they do is awesome. They have a broad range of influences. Don't forget to check them out LIVE. That's when they're at their best. Something like 'Play!' LIVE. But speaking of Badass Drummers. Jimmy Page said Akane is the reincarnation of John Bonham. Not that they sound like Led Zepplin. But here's probably their heaviest tune, very Metal influenced. It's called 'Rin'en', which coincidentally means reincarnation. Check it out! kzread.info/dash/bejne/dYVtxsR-hsrAk6Q.html

J-POP has its roots in rock in the United States and the United Kingdom. It has a long history. However, K-POP is an idol. They don't know rock. We don't write songs or lyrics ourselves. Shape it, learn to dance, and that's it. When I hear about rock historic music, I don't know anything. It's just an idol.
