That first WE prototype is one cool looking knife. The detail around the holes in the handle really tie it all together.

love the inmate! i like a good hollow grind, and the smooth lines and neeves knives is cool I kinda like that fixed blade. would like a smaller one, and knock off the nub in the back of the handle, you made a great handle with the elementum, you should keep using that handle, and make 2.5in fixed blade, with small taco sheath and small pocket clip. and get rid of the forward finger choil, too many knives have that. keep it small but not curculus small, that was too small and the zac collab, the crossbar lock! finally! and its a smaller knife!!!

Really like the Biophase. Reminds me of the Biomech tattoo style. Very cool lil blade.

I like the Inmate from Jared Neeves. It sticks out amongst the rest of the stuff coming from WE at Blade Show. But I dont know if I love it. It kind of seems like a Divo knife of some sort crossed with a Luft Concepts design. Its giving Knifetuber vibes.

I was going to say that ExOne reminds me of a Yeager-M and sure enough Brian Brown designed both of them!

Do that many people still prefer liner or frame locks? I’m much more satisfied with button or axis locks for finger safety and functionality.

I can at least say I don't like weak detent. I've purchased a bunch and those two satisfactions are valid but definitely don't think the older kinds should be done away with

Suggestion for future videos - put a microphone on the company rep. The voice of this We/Civivi person was slightly inaudible.

That new design from neeves is different for sure not my style tho id definitely pass. Otherwise some cool new knives.

I'll say it since he didn't- my slightly larger than average hands. Your mileage may vary.

XL Hi Fin all day long yes! Love you WE but you all need to get back down to that 2-250 range on models and please use new steels. 20CV is so plain all the time. Let’s get some cru wear, s35VN again, K390, S45VN, M4 so many options. S90V like everyone else is using hitting a $200 price point on premium options. Oh and Elmax please.

I admit it--I'm old, BUT...these knives are a bit too space age looking for me. I'll stay with the Elementum (Wharncliffe) and the now discontinued Exarch. Clean, elegant lines, hold the fluff. But, if these new ones tickle your fancy, it's your money and you only have to please yourself.

I love the very subtle branding. The thing that these companies that put huge writing all over their products don’t realize is that it just ruins the whole aesthetic of the product and the thing is if something looks super sexy, even if the branding is super subtle or nonexistent People are gonna look at it and they’re gonna ask what it is because it looks so amazing. So then they’re gonna end up buying it anyways. I think a lot of these companies think that they have to have this huge brand logo on it so that people will know what they’re supposed to buy, but what they don’t realize is that it’s very offputting. There are so many products that just have this huge loud branding on it and then when you add, especially for things like electronics the big CE that you get for the European union and all that stuff it’s just makes it so ugly. Sometimes I see power banks that seem really cool, for instance, but then it says something like “MAXPOWER” and I’m like “no thanks I’m out”😂

I am big on that also, CE placement is predetermined though as far as I know, not much they can do about it. Boker for instance cleaned up their logos this year and I am happy to see it because they had way to much going on before. We all want a clean looking and symmetrical blade. Also, single sided thumb stud should be illegal.

Really disappointed in the final rendition of the Biophase. This prototype looked amazing in style and color but the final product they put more holes in the front of the blade like the back holes and it looks ridiculous now and they don’t even have this all green aluminum one coming out. Looks like a cheep gas station knife now compared to the prototype. I went from CANT wait to get this one to I’m not buying that with the final design. Very disappointed in that one.

😴boring. The knives of these brands just dont interest me at all. One looks like the other in my eyes. I mean why would you have multiples of we or civivi... Reate at least tries to be interesting. Maxace might have a good concept but they also started to look all the same. Just in some more intersting way in terma of base design.

Nothing interesting on this table, lets move on.

Civivi knives aren't good for anything much more than letter opening. Very thin fragile blades. Basically, junk gas station quality.
