Neurohaptic just means your brain interpreting what you physically feel. In phones, we have "haptic feedback" to make it feel as though you are pressing buttons, but really it is just a little set of vibrating motors to make it feel like you clicked something that actually doesn't depress. A Mac laptop has a giant track pad that feels like you are depressing the surface when you "click" it, but it actually doesn't move at all. There is just a vibration haptic that mimics that feel and tricks your brain. A real button that moves or even the keys on your keyboard are real, physical, tactile experiences. Haptics is faking it in some way, often through vibration

There's a stern jump in quality and design from WE knives that is without a doubt noticeably visible and physically tangible when handling them compared to most other companies currently. Nothing against Kizer, Twosun, or Kansept (I own 13 Kizers, 6 Twosuns and 3 Kansepts) but WE is simply making knives on a different level than those companies currently and they have to price them accordingly. The Kizers you're referring to are in the $160-$200 range are absolutely not on the same level as far as machining, polishing and overall design aesthetic as the knives WE has been dropping the last year and a half.

How about instead of fun and creative designs they make some functional durable working knives. I work in the trades as an electrician and we all carry knives, in construction most guys use a flat blade like on the wharncliff or reverse tanto, we use it to strip large cables, and a curved drop point isn't optimal for that and many other construction applications. But I was surprised to find there are almost no button lock knives with a wharncliff or reverse tanto blade, for example the elementum wharncliff they offer there's no button lock for easy use with gloves, the armarite is the one option but it's large and bulky. Just sell that elementum wharncliff with a button lock, preferably with a tough steel that holds an edge. And for reference what you're trying to compete with or replace is the Milwaukee fastback and I'm sorry but that utility blade holder knife civivi sells with the set screw is a terrible option. You have an open market in the construction world. Edit: I just want to add one thing, I saw the new ExOne offered by Civivi which isn't shown in this video, and it's a great candidate but again doesn't have a button lock on a knife with a flat blade (reverse tanto or wharncliffe). Sell that ExOne with a button lock so it can be used with gloves on to open/close and I for sure would buy it. Again just to recap: for construction use you want a button lock for use with gloves, a flat slicey not too thick blade in reverse tanto or wharncliffe, and a very durable steel that holds an edge because we slice into things that have copper or metal parts in them. Lastly I don't want people to think I'm whining and want a knife specially made JUST for me, I honestly think these are criteria that would make a great knife for lots of workers.

Klein has a competitive option to the fast back and check out the Sencut Watauga . 45$ in D2 green Micarta with a button lock . I’ve already stripped a mile of boat cable and Romex with mine .

Lol. I guarantee u no knife company see the Milwaukee fastback as competition. Also search other companies there are tons of knife that fit your specs. For instance the qsp penguin button lock. It's a wharncliff in 14c28n which is a great budget steel. And it's about 65 bucks.

@@jeremyweisinger8655 Yes sir, I saw that QSP penguin while searching. My main point being its a very under saturated market, the button lock with a flat blade (reverse tanto or wharncliffe). Thanks for pointing that out though in case I hadn't seen it. The Pyrite is also close, but there's a bit of curve to their blade design. Also I noticed the new ExOne by civivi is a great candidate, but once again no button lock.

@@gladeshunter8796 Thanks brother I appreciate the info. I've seen that Klein utility flipper, and hoping to replace the utility blade knives I use with something more premium. Btw DeWalt just came out with a new utility flip knife. Anyways, I remember seeing that Watauga in my search for the button lock flat blade and I guess I thought to myself "eh it's D2, and Sencut is budget" so I wrote it off hoping to find something better but was surprised with how limited the options are with that criteria. Perhaps you're right that Watauga will do until the day a company comes out with better. Just imagine a Rex-121 or MagnaCut reverse tanto with a G-10, Micarta or Ultem handle. That's what we need to work on the job day in day out

We knives have really become boring. They release too many knives and not enough of anything really interesting anymore. The lame axis lock one reminds me of an Aliexpress knife from like 10 years ago. I have been wondering when they would release an axis lock, but as expecting something more exciting. None of these are Neurohaptic for me, and I am afraid that I will never "Need" another Civivi knife again. They are turning into Kershaw with the silly designs that bring absolutely nothing new to the table.

Today I almost switched it for my demko ad20.5 but I flicked it open and closed a few times put it away and stuffed the sebenza back in my pocket. Buy once, cry once!
