I'm surprised they didn't notice the last guy's SSL dropshot title or his SSL goal explosion. They were talking about his rank the whole match and watched a lot of the replays from that one.

SSL dropshot isn’t the same as 2s or 3s. I think they were aware of the tag but didn’t know their soccar rank

Cause extramode SSL is way different, especially dropshot. He most likely hasn't come that close to SSL in soccar

This is the best route to SSL series. All others benefit from the fact that they have really good precision. But this totally impedes your precision, which means I can soak up all the strats that you're doing. So great job!!

i think the facecam was a bit long at 10:00 😅

You guys will know you've really hit your stride on the learning curve when you start appreciating the losses the most; the difficult opponents are the ones who will make you work hardest to analyze small details, reverse engineer your pro skills, and apply them to 2-man KBM play. As an added bonus, you'll also start noticing and improving certain aspects of your individual play, as well as becoming better at teaching if (Retals) and when (Jack) you do any coaching. Looking forward to the rest of this series!

Retrofitted means to basically add something that wasn’t there when it was made. For example, to retrofit a car would be to take a car and add a sunroof to it

i felt what they said about the rank not reflecting skill in 1s. i’ve been gc 1 in 2s and 3s for the past few seasons but in 1s, diamond 3 is all grand champs. Not a single real d3.

Lol the lower ranks have known this forever. Usually it seems like the 1s rank runs at least a full rankset lower than 2s and 3s. I'm almost c3 in 2s (1260-90) and the highest I've ever been in 1s is d3 div1, but usually around d2.

no. the skill gap between d3 and gc1 pretty big nvm the skill gap between gc1-3 i think they will get c2 maybe c3 if they do it for long enough
