As far as the smoke rings go for awakened zoan users I have a big theory that if you're unionizing with the spirit in the fruit it's a white cloud but if you overpower the spirit you get a black cloud. Leopards usually don't take orders, giraffes aren't predatory, no matter how much Luci/Kaku *act* like their animals they don't value the same things as their zoans

Yes, but the worshippers had created the circle for summoning before Brook interrupted their ritual. Could they have summoned one of the elders if Brook didn't stop them?

It only takes small force to redirect an object in flight over the course of days. If Brook had kept going he would have ended up in the east blue. Thats where Mirror Ball Island is. The island literally has a massive afro with a microphone sticking out of it. a feature that that dominates the skyline. The afro has a sign on it that says "funky!"

What if the gorosei are the original gods of their own fruits, and the way they have lived for long, is by having their fruit eaten in a controlled environment and then overpowering their hosts' willpower. It could also explain the utter detachment they show for human lives. It could also make for a wicked comeback when one of them is beaten in the future.

The summoning could simply have limited range for self-teleportation, as Saturn first went to Egghead by ship, and a much longer one (perhaps unlimited) when one summons the others to his location.

Luffy's white appearance is in reference to his rubber abilities, because pure latex sap from rubber trees is a white liquid. When the liquid is exposed to the air, it curls up into tough rubbery knots called 'crumb rubber' that is stiff and bouncy. That's what happens during Luffy's awakening, his hair starts flowing white like latex, and then eventually curls up and stiffens to hold it's new bouncy form. I know he's not made of rubber, but Oda sure didn't leave out the references to actual rubber.

I think another key thing is the inscriptions within the outer ring of the pentagram which seem like an ancient language perhaps...I have a feeling Robin, who is interestingly still located in the Labostratum (most likely for plot reasons), might be a key figure in deciphering these inscriptions and how the pentagram works which will ultimately assist Luffy in the battle against the Gorosei.

Kinda got me thinking… does Blackbeard know everything about the government and empty throne? Maybe he is trying to get devil fruits that match the powers of the elder stars? He got the warp fruit and that can be used as a match for summoning. Maybe this is why he wanted the darkness fruit, because imu has some kind of void fruit that does something similar, maybe that’s what the void century is like, the awakening of the void powers by imu

Imu will be something of the devil of the devils, all the yokai and Umibozu shit hints towards to it. Even if Blackbeard knows about Imu he knows nothing about Imu and I'll bet my money on the fact that Imu don't give a shit about any of this

I think the color depends, if a leopard zoan user awakened as a baddie-black, good guy-white. While no bad guy would be able to awaken the nika fruit

I think that given the big face form of St. Shepherd Ju Peter yokai form is based on a Jikininki a tall thin zombie like spirit with an elongated mouth that is always open and eats people matches the shadowy face very well.

I never really explored the astral theme, but it seems pretty clear that the Gorosei and the Ancient Weapons are meant to be comparable.

Demons, demons can inhabit people bodies. Demons can also eat devil fruits. If a demon eats a devil then inhabits someone that person gains access to the fruits abilities, with a price. This could also explain who ‘They’ are when referring to BB.

My theory is that white clouds represent "dream-oriented" (Yamato also dreamed of being like Oden and going out the sea) user and black clouds represent "will-oriented" user (Saturn's will to control the world and Lucci really doesn't have any dream other than his will for violence)

It also ties up great to the holograms on egghead island. Vegapunk said to Luffy that it doesn't matter what is real, it's how you perceive it. Maybe his special gloves that can punch holograms will allow to beat Gorosei projections too? IF they are projection of course. At this point egghead arc is so insane I can imagine anything could happen in the story.

The youtuber Drawk is having his mother read and react through the series and she keyed into the magic circles and their potential use immediately upon the Gorosei's introduction. The clues were there, we just weren't picking up on them.

I love this! I think there's a lot of really spot-on analysis here. The only tiny thing I wanted to suggest - less as a contradiction and more as an add-on bit to the theory - was that it seemed to me like proximity had something to do with Saturn's usage of the summoning circles. Like that Saturn had to travel his physical body by ship to Egghead, after which he could create a fast-travel pentacle within a certain proximity to himself to get into the building, and then could summon the other elders to somewhere within a similar radius of himself. Just bc it seems unlikely to me that Saturn would have gone there by ship if he could just send any or all five elders to anywhere he wants on the planet at a whim with no restrictions. But, to your point, it might be a Saturn-specific thing that he's able to do, and none of the others are able to. Or I could just be way off base with the proximity idea! Either way, you raise some super interesting points that seem really plausible and cool potential development of these super mysterious guys! Thanks for the video!!

Just so people know, the pentacle (a star inscribed in a circle) is often misinterpreted as a symbol for demonic summonings and devil worship. Practitioners/scholars versed in both sympathetic AND destructive magics will tell you this is not true. Unless supplemented with appropriate words, symbols, or other markings, the upright pentacle signifies sacred protected space for ritual practice and blessed items. I think we all missed it, Look at the summoning symbol the islandpeople made when Brook lended. It's almost similar to the summoning symbol of the gorosei, it's just that the circles are not visible and the lines are upfront, while the gorosei symbol has the circles and the lines are in the back only showing the pointy parts. Maybe Brook is a previous Gorosei.

Upside down pentagram with and circle means, protection from the devil. It's a typical pop culture misunderstanding. The devils is suppose to come out from corners or meet at a cross road that why its a circle around it sealing the devil from entry outside of it = protection form the devil. The symbol u should be careful of is that behemoth one, because the pentagram is going outside of teh circle meaning the devil/behemoth in this case, has reach outside of his realm.

I was watching Spider-man No Way Home, and near the beginning, they're reading the paper on the roof. MJ read "Some suggest that Parker's powers include the male spider's ability to hypnotize females". Saturns zoan powers are spider based, and the movie got me thinking maybe Saturn can hypnotize people in some way.

I will say however. I think what we are seeing in One Piece is a PANTICLE not a pentacle. Slight difference, mostly an esoteric one. But in essence the pantacle is a microcosm of the universe. And everything else you said about the pentagram. But in this instance, it seems to me like a symbol of Imu *OWNING* the universe or the world. And some of that power is delegated to the Elder Stars. I mean with this smoke thing it's too deep analysis. Luffy's entire Nika form is white so this one suits, could be light blue. For Luci's Panthera / Jaguar black fits good with the spots on orange body. For the demon-type Zoan... well :D

I think a lot of this is super interesting to think about. One thing though, in real life, the reason the planets don't collide isn't because of a perfectly balanced ratio between their orbits, its because the planets are all incredibly far apart by comparison to their respective sizes.

Given how Venus is linked with element of metal he could form a makeshift robot to battle the ancient robot.

Thinm Imu would be earth. In Oharas library, the tree has the planet surrounded by celestial satelites. 5 planets and 1 moon, but no sun. The worldwiev in One piece seems Geocentric. earth is the centre and planets revolve around it. But the solar system isnhelio centric and planets revolve around the sun.

Luffy still hasn't used advanced conquerors against Saturn & that's what I believe can seriously hurt him. Throughout the whole story, conquerors haki has been feared. Especially by the WG. I think the colour of the cloud halo thing could just be specific to the devil fruit and not necessarily the user. G5 doesn't just give Luffy the white cloud thing, it also makes his clothes white. In addition, the design of Lucci and Saturn's animal form includes a lot of black colours. That may explain why their cloud halo is black. Still my speculation

Pretty much. Luffy is the sun. Gorosei are the planets. BB is the empty space between. Imu is possibly “Mother Earth” or the moon/ocean.
