It’s a bittersweet moment for him. And I’m sure he is very anxious about it. On one hand he is apart of the biggest fight in years. This is my last time watching this man talk. He keeps saying that they offered Tyson 60/40 when AJ had some belts, the problem with that philosophy is that Tyson was the big money maker. He went to America the biggest market in the world and beat Wilder twice and arguably 3 times. Also Tyson was the lineally champion beating Klitschko in his home town. AJ got his ass beat in America and then gets a rematch overseas with Ruiz. I mean come on people stop this delusional bullshit. English people stop supporting this asshole Eddie Hearn.
@jamescollis7650

They're talking about how generous the offer is because AJ is coming off of back to back losses, but that suits Fury in every sense. Joshua is at a low ebb and ideally would rebuild his confidence and get used to his new trainers before he takes on such a big challenge. If he were to take a couple of top 15 fights first, he'd win both and would present a bigger challenge to Fury, no question.
iFL gonna be the reason to fuck things up with all these interviews and getting people to speak more than they should be it positive or negative.

Come to the MCG if you come to Australia. Fight after the Boxing day test at MCG next time there is an ashes clash. There are a couple of days between the Melbourne test and Sydney test. 100k seat stadium.
So much content for ‘No Context Hearn’ socials pages here 🤣 Eddie’s a proper salesman, class!
Kugan, this interview was needed and you got it done. Well done.
“We’re up for it” sounds convincing
The fact Hearns narrative isn’t: “This is a chance for AJ to win the WBC, then fight Usyk for undisputed, and if he beats Usyk in the third fight he becomes the greatest heavyweight of all time” shows me they have extremely little confidence in AJ beating Fury.

Hearn’s job is to promote, not put out complete tripe. AJ would be a huge dog in both fights, so the combined probability of him winning both is quite slim. Plus, he’d probably have to make his way thru rematch clause[s] too, which would drive the odds down even further. Basically no chance he’d make it through the scenario with all the belts (and even if he somehow did, those 2 Usyk beatdowns would loom large against any GOAT claim)

Feels a good play by Eddie. We all still want the fight. Get it done and make history.
Matchroom are the best in the boxing business, agree. However, long way to go to match the quality of UFC production though… that really is next level.
