3D printed objects shouldnt look that bad. You should configure more things.

wow looks like lego paid someone to intentionally downgrade the 3d printed ones. We already know 3d print is not going to match the real ones but come on it should not be this bad of 3d printing as you shown

You can also use a smaller printer tip for greater accuracy

the prints shouldnt look that bad, you need to change your layer heights and dry your filament

I use my printer to make missing legos for my kits. Most of the time if there's an issue with the brick, it's usually my printer settings. But I do end up making some cool bricks. I used glow-in-the-dark filament for my tutorial. Came out pretty decent.

You should get a bambu lab a1 man, will give you smoother prints for a good price :) This looks very "melted", as if its printing too fast for the machine to handle it?

You need to get the correct settings man, I have printed lego sets for my kids, I managed to make them almost 98% identical to the real ones with ABS filament and proper settings.

I feel like printing LEGO to scale is not desirable at all…however scaled up pieces always look great. I’ve seen it done, and I’ve only just received and assembled my printer and haven’t even done my first benchy…but I have a few sets in my that i want to print the 400% scale of mini sets (mini Star Destroyer first) that should come out nicely

those parts aren't rough because of how 3D printers layer, it's a settings issue for sure. And the quality of your printer/nozzle

My dude you need to resin print Lego pieces. FDM is more for larger items resin is for smaller smooth items

I think you got the settings wrong for your printer or maybe the fillament wasn't dry enougth ? Try putting your old filament it in an oven at 50°C for an hour and setup the slicer with the proper parameters for the filament thickness and melting temperature. You shouldn't have your prints so stringy. I would also drop the precision to 0.12mm so get better results. It's super slow but worth it.

Absolutely agree - Calibrate everything you can. Esteps, Flow, Z off set, Leveling. Great work. Would like to see it improve

dud you need to fix ur slicer settings the prints should not be that sloppy or like stringy.

Yes I have seen a great prints a great deal better, you know when you lower the nozzle too low, You will also throw off height set. Or you could even clog the nozzle, or you may have had a loose belt which could make the blobs on the model too. Enders are known to be tinker with a great deal.
