I still say the manual control valves are so yesterday. The gas engine option needs electric control valves so you can use a remote control. How are you going to use the manual valve when you spread? As you travel forward you need to continue to lift the bed. Even just a barn door dump, what can you see under the gooseneck? If it is man made, equipment can fail. I would not want to be standing under the neck if that bed and 10 tons of weight comes crashing down. Still only one s-cam lock and two door hinges. When you pre-stage the bed, prior to tripping the gate and spreading, you have several tons on the gate. The stop chains need to be at the bottom of the gate. Too much leverage applied to them and the gate with them located at the top end.

Would be awesome to see one of y’all’s step deck frames with a WDT body. That way you get the low profile flat deck that you can utilize for palleted items or smaller pieces of equipment with side ramps. Or just hauling attachments, etc. I’m sure it’s a niche market, but I’d love to see it done.

1:14 How can the end user be able to pull start the engine if battery goes dead? The pull rope is facing toward the hydraulic reservoir. Also the Honda exhaust is right facing at the hydraulic reservoir.

There is space between the neck and the body, in which allows you to pull start at an upward angle. 🤓

It's industrial orange 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️ my MDT is the same color and I get a lot of business from the way it looks. 👍🏽
