Apparently in the English dub the old man actually calls the Swirl Fighters Beyblades at one point.

I mean to be fair a rickshaw does have three wheels and thus technically counts as a tricycle.

I never thought there would ever be a cash-in to Beyblade, because I've seen rip-offs of Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon (Digimon is not one of them, and neither is Yo-Kai Watch), but never did I ever think to see a rip-off/cash-in of Beyblade. Either way, this is... definitely one of the worst animated shows I've ever seen, and I really don't know how to describe it. I mean, I've seen some pretty bad animated stuff in my life, from Dingo Pictures to Foodfight, but I really don't have a word to describe this thing.

There is a pile of Beyblade knockoffs. I mention another one, Infinity Nado, in this video. Sonokong also went on to make one after parting ways with Hasbro. It was sort of their inept warmup before making Turning Mecard. To say nothing of the toy knockoffs. I posted a ton of them leading up to Singles Day on my Twitter. Some just trace Yugioh GX characters for their boxart and yet more have horrors that must be seen to be believed.

@Kohdok I knew there were bootlegs of Beyblades, but this is the first time I've ever seen a full on TV show based on a bootleg of a toyline. Others probably exist out there too.

You missed the best part by just watching the first episode. Later on in the series, the production crew straight up lift Beyblade product designs 1:1. I remember a Draciel S and a Marskman grip just being there. No alterations made at all. Oh, and wind control is totally Tyson's deal. Kyoya? Pfft.

If you want a another bad cartoon, check out Miniforce. The animation is 70% stock footage, the characters are bland and the pacing is non existent

So much jittering! Why would they use animation loops on background characters that weren't doing anything? I would have honestly looked better if they had used a still image :p

Technically speaking a rickshaw IS a TRIcycle.

If you plan to do another one of these, particularly in the Lookus animation department which was where I 'found' Infinity Nado for myself, I'd recommend Zinba (for its terrible dub voice acting) and Flash and Dash (both seasons, for their terrible animation and half-assed-ness).

This like a babies first anime but created by a guy in a fever dream while he dies.

Ohhhh, I warned you about this in one of your old reviews xD In episode 4 of SF, they actually reused an asset from Beyblade. This cartoon is really bad, worse than Paddy the Pelican because at least they didn't repeat the animation nearly as much. The 3rd season's animation is far worse.

8:04 there is an easter egg if the beyblade bakuten shoot opening fighting spirit. Hanibul is doing Kais launch and Tiger is doing Rays
