I don't get this that people complain about UD imba when the primary reason moon lost was his own numerous mistakes. Unforced errors have nothing to with balance !! Happy played his own perfect game and moon was self sabotaging himself all game !! The easy surrounds on a DH with boots ? That SHOULD NOT be allowed to happen and not twice at that !

UD imba shouldn't be compalined about too much considering NE make up 4/10 of the top 10 and UD make up 2/10.

NE is just not that good, they simply don't have end game key units besides bears

Switch races and go again. Happy plays better but with the race imbalance this could make for some great games.

Would be nice if we could do a tournament where players play the race of their opponent, then people will have to admit Happy is the best player

They tried to do all these tricks back in the show cups to make Happy lose and Happy actually seemed stronger then with the reverse races/forced to play random. And this was when UD was even stronger than other races

Happy is a little more dominant than Moon/Grubby 2010. You had Remind, FoCuS, and Ted all fighting for the #1 1v1 spot, and mYm was on the decline. I'm being nitpicky though, you're absolutely right that the legends that were Grubby and the 5th race were totally dominant during their hayday. Happy is that man in the post peak era. It's sad that it kind of means less, because not as many people are competitive and not as many people care, but it's great to see because even in this era, some people are still damn good st the game. Most people are shells of their past selves (for obvious reasons), but Happy is just as good as he used to be.

@@am1d idk what "120 is" means. I remember being in Happy's games. He was one of the top foreigners in the world and would take games off of the very best, back when the very best played so much cleaner than people do now. Happy still plays clean. Most other players top players don't. I don't think Happy has far surpasses how good he used to be. If you want to leave it as "Happy is even better than he used to be" then sure, I won't argue against that. Much better, ehhhhh idk! He was pretty damn good before.

deny 100 exp creep by aow; allow dh with boots(!) being surrounded two times in one minute by no frenzy ghouls. etc. What kind of balance there must be to allow such plays to won games

The phrase you're looking for is 'to win vs', 'to win UD' implies UD is the prize for winning. xD No UD except Happy can get these results so consistently, Happy is not the norm.

@@nightyonetwothree until happy came along, Moon actually managed to win after losing his DH multiple times in a row quite a few times. After all, NE is very balanced with their moonwells and stuff as we know. Meanwhile, losing DK or sometimes Lich in a fight very often turns into a losing game for UD cuz there is no way for them to quickly replenish lost mana for free like NE can

It feels like Happy is just way better than everyone, he just has such great in fight decision making and he snowballs games. Its possible that UD vs NE is undead favored but I feel like the timings where happy gets his advantages are when the units are the most even.

this is a win for moon in my books. We saw from the video with dondolare how imba the matchup is for undead, and still moon gave happy a hard time and took a map. congrats on the win moon

Im a NE player and still disagree. Even if UD has an adv over NE, which is debatable, unfortunately Happy is 2 levels above moon. I've been a moon fan for years but Happy is just better... Also, check out Kaho's game vs 120 and you can see how he plays better vs UD than moon does

UD is so boring to watch man, even in game 4 with a couple of early hero kills, it all didn't matter ranged unit / hero focus with orb of darkness and coil nova is too potent.

Close game. Happy is a divine being to be able to defeat OP NE with the weak UD race.

NE heros are shit .... tbh man i think dh need magic resist intead of miss xD lim am in dota

So you need to creep faster tech faster , and harass the UD at the same time, with 1 archer and 1 aow vs an army of ghouls and skellies, just to to get nuked by coil-nova and frenzy push, and this is supposed to be balanced🤣🤣. No wonder lawliet decided to off-race hu against UD.
