Before WayV debuted, Ten, Kun, Lucas, Jungwoo have the same dorm with Renjun, Jeno, Jaemin, Jisung. The roommate couples are Ten-Renjun, Jungwoo-Jeno, Kun-Lucas, Jaemin-Jisung. They are (Ten-Renjun) practically brothers.

I feel like the wall is mainly because of the language barrier and the fact that they dont share members like dream and 127 does so there isn't as much chance for them to work together. Though Chenle and Renjun are really close to Wayv since they're also chinese. And Yangyang hangs out at the 127 dorm alongside Renjun and Haechan. Also Ten and Johnny are best friends. Hopefully they'll get even closer when we get NCT 2021.
