When people say "The fact that" something, especially when it comes to someone doing something positive makes me believe you think or expect nothing but the worst in people 100% of the time and when you see something good it's like you're so surprised. You do understand that there are millions of people who get up everyday and try to do/serve/give their best everyday right? It's like the world has become overrun with pessimists. And I don't know if this is a younger generation thing but maybe try looking for the good a little more. I promise you it's there.

How is the coroner misidentifying a body an administrative mistake? Isn’t the coroner the one that makes the identification of remains? My point in all of this is that if you was that family and you didn't hear from a family member in a few years, would you automatically assume... yep they're dead. Or would you assume that life has gotten them busy or they're just distancing themselves from us now and leading their own life? Come on dude, I have family like that. Some don't contact me for months to a year before I decide.... I should probably check and make sure they still are alive. But they don't do the same for me. That's the point. Some family doesn't think like all. They just feel like that person might not want to talk to them anymore. Don't assume a grieving family is evil without proof.

I did some forensic training at this morgue and I do recall hearing them talk about this at that time. I believe it was the same year they exhumed him. I thought this was public knowledge. Well, there was a woman that was murdered by her husband and the family failed to claim or bury her. So what do they do? They allowed for her remains to be on display in the back for students to handle and take pics with those remains. I saw people take selfies with this murdered victims jaw!!!! I was disgusted. Another student was allowed to stick her gloved finger into a bullet hole wound after a young man shot himself in his head. Yes this woman was a freak, but it was very disturbing. They have several bodies in the back fridge that have been stored there for years due to lack of funds for burial. One guy was burnt to death years prior and they would bring him out for class. To this day, I can't eat or smell BBQ. And yes, burnt humans smell exactly like BBQ. 🤢🤮🥴 I enjoyed the training but a few things were very sketch.

While at the cemetery, with my very ALIVE mother visiting my father's grave my daughter noticed that the bronze placque for my mother had a death date. We confronted the mortuary and demanded the grave be opened. We were told to meet them there at 9 AM the next day. My daughter said Let's go out early. We arrived at 8 AM and the grave had already been opened and the workers were starting to fill it back in.....we threw on hell of a fit and accused them of removing their mistake. They threw a fit too. In the end we let it go. Now I am wondering if we should have pushed the issue

The 'female' went unidentified for years until graduate anthropology students raised questions. Once the correct sex was assigned, the man was quickly identified as a man who had gone missing about the same time the body was found.

@@DJRenee there was a tip that led them to the body in the house .. they assumed it was the woman that had lived there they buried him as her .. his family member came looking for him .. because he had been missing for some time.. they then realized it wasn't a woman that had been buried .. it was a man .. they identified him .. but they didn't answer the question as to who gave them the tip of his body being at that house or why/how he died ... so since you apparently heard the answer ??? what happened to him.. ???

When my father in law passed, his death somehow got mixed up with my mother in laws. She was documented as deceased instead. Turned into one colossal headache to reverse the error.
