Check out a band called red clay strays. It’s a mix of blues country western and southern rock. They do a cover of this that’s amazing too. Look up red clays strays real life real mucus and I think it’s the third song in their set

You're 16/17 now. Has it changed for you or are you listening to even more country music? Music is freedom. I don't know about you but whether things are going well or going bad - music is always there to party with me. And one of those is a legend called Waylon Jennings. SO UNDER RATED. David

All your Waylon and all the Cash in the world won't bring him back. It's not Willie or Won't he, so quit your Drinkin'' and Dreamin'. But he'll be here in spirit, giving you some Southern Comfort. All our Honky Tonk Heroes have to go some time. I mean he told you he Ain't Living Long Like This. You may wish he left you one more Brand New Goodbye song but God is The Taker and now Waylon's a Rablin' Man in the afterlife. He let you know he'd be a Long Time Leaving (But He'll be a Long Time Gone), so we should all go back to Luckenbach, Texas. So Let's All Help the Cowboys Sing the Blues there in his memory.

When you watch Waylon and pay attention to his body language and expressions and movements and the way he sings and you put it all together is when you see how cool this dude was he was a cut above everyone else, he had swagg and didn't even try. This dude hands down was miles ahead of everyone else. I could see why all the ladies wanted him. One bad dude.Waylon GD Jennings.....

People have to remember there not one singer like waylon Jennings ever on earth that is a legend of real country music. And another famous country legend is mr Johnny cash and merle haggard willie Nelson and George Jones. There the best 5 singer of all time no one will ever come close to them .and 5 honest men in there interviews thay tell the truth about there lives as young to when thay went in to god hands except willie Nelson he still with us and he still sings him in his 80es his voice is still as it was 30 years ago I think 99 percent would agree with what i said.i listening to them for 38 years.and i be until my time up.love all you men your 1000 percent fan country music will not die if thay keeps this music legends on KZread and cds and records a1 for the five sir kept real country music on air 20 years ago. And thay should be still on.july 22 2021

This music takes me back to my adventuresome teens and twenties. He put out such fantastic music, an inimitable sound. But every time I hear his great recordings, I can't help but think how close he came to being on Buddy Holly's plane that night in Iowa. This music would've been silent, heard by no one.
