They must have updated the manual because loading the car seat into the kzread.infoUgkxIG_q-ZqgbzYXwbeApK3AybegDUy4f2fF double stroller was mentioned in the manual (unlike previous comments/reviews). The undercarriage basket is quite large but it is difficult to access when the back rider is reclined, however my toddler usually doesn't fall asleep in the stroller these days so I haven't had an issue. I was amazed by how smooth the ride was and how easily I was able to maneuver the stroller in small spaces. My toddler loves that she can see her baby sister (see photo) during the ride :) Plus you can't beat the price! I have only loaded it once in my car and it is fairly light but my mother wouldn't be able to lift it in.

Recall has been resolved and new seats are back on the market as of late November 2019.

Hi can you use with just the seat belt?

My thing is how do you do this with a regular car that's not an SUV

If hatchback it might be behind the seat back and sedans have it on top behind the headrest

WHAT ABOUT THE EARS!!! It’s so confusing! I feel like the wayb official video is also not very clear about the ear level and the picture in the manual is very confusing! What is too high for ears and what is too low!! I am so scared!

I know you are filming a video and maybe couldnt get it tight enough in the take, but that seat is dangerously loose and not even close to tightened down enough.

U can install it using a seatbelt as well. Just thread the seatbelt through the back

this has passed all the us safety standards, it's not a backpack you'd out a child into its a carseat that has a storage bag
