    This machine came into my gym recently was flabbergasted that I couldn't move the pin but I see there's a small button to pull the spikes in lol im such an idiot

    Unfortunately the resistance profile on this doesn't feel good at all. Atlantis does a much better job. It's too hard at the start and too easy at the top.
