What about "Chicken Shack," also in F? "Watermelon Man" and Chicken Shack" are like a pair. Another nice one would be a drum or drum/bass track to "Smokestack Lightning." Thank you for considering!

Maybe what the guy is saying about the F being the V is that you can always play the I chord, which is true to a point, you CAN always play the I, but takes the fun out of it.
