What materials did you mix into the soil?

The soil I mix includes: 60% Soil + 30% Fertilizer (Chicken Manure) + 10% Breathable substrate (Husk or perlite)

I love your video. I will definitely try this in my farm instead of allowing my melons to crawl on the ground. Very quickly...what variety is this watermelon? And how many seedlings can be planted in one bag as well how many fruits can be realised on each plant? Is it necessary to prune the leaves as I'm afraid I may damage the crops? I have only planted sugar baby and kaola watermelon. I love to plant this your specie.

Хороший плодородный грунт можно сделать из любых органических не заражённых болезнями отходов.Хорошо, если это будут очистки овощей,ботва,листва и другое . Поместите это в тень,сверху можно немного присыпать землёй и накрыть плёнкой. Иногда поливайте для поддержания влажности. Нужно какое-то время,чтобы это перегнило.

Do watermelons specifically need compost? I've seen others videos do this with watermelons too.

Hes adding it because it helps to get optimal health and taste.. Compost is one of the best things you can do for your plants. It's natural health food for your plants, not synthetic. Compost is free. Not to dry, and not to wet,... it should smell good and earthy (black gold) when completed.

Ok why did you pollinate the flowers? Are there specific flowers you're doing that 2? What happens if you don't pollinate them? Also do you just cut everything down after harvest?

If you don't have bees to do it you need to give mother nature an assist by rubbing the male flowers (the one without the little melon) on the female ( the ones with the little melon). just rub the center of the flowers against each other to transfer the pollen. If they don't get pollinated they just shrivel up. Once you have harvested the fruit the plant is done. tear it out.
