Waterfall Pond in a Terrarium (biOrb AIR Redo)
Five months back I made a bioactive terrarium setup in an Oase biOrb AIR. Unfortunately that one had issues that I discuss in the beginning of this video. I knew it was time to redo the biOrb and take the setup to the next level by introducing a pond. Many of you suggested this in the comments of the previous video, so I was excited to make it happen.
In case you missed it, be sure to check out the previous video:
• Bioactive Orchid Fores...
In case you wanted to learn more about the biOrb AIR or were looking to buy one for yourself, check out the links below! Just linking it up for you. I don't get any kind of compensation for it:

Also, just for the record you DO NOT need to spend a ton of cash to get a well established, highly functioning system. Check out my terrarium build playlist for more ideas:

As the azolla multiplies, I cannot wait to see it pile up onto the rocks! This is lovely. Nice job Tanner!

Been getting requests to do something like this for quite awhile. I'm glad to have finally done it and I'm excited to share it with you. Like I said in the video, I'll definitely try to make this happen in a traditional closed terrarium as well. Let me know what you think about the new rendition of the biOrb!

Two suggestions for sealed and wireless setups in a closed terrarium. 1.) Inductive charging using a low voltage DC pump. It would be easy to install a coil in the bottom of the terrarium and hide all the wires. 2.) A photopopper circuit with a low voltage DC pump. A shishi odoshi would work better with the photo popper.

I am surprised that you don't work for a zoo or the DNR or conservation society. I would think that there are a ton of jobs like that needing people like you to educate visitors and work on enclosures and natural habitat's for their animals . I think it would be a great job for you to look into/.

Haha to some extent! Truth is that I love aquariums, terrariums and now ponds. The combination of projects makes for an even better project.
It’s amazing how on camera, you can mentally and emotionally imagine yourself living inside any one of your amazing terrariums and you get that feeling of healthiness and peace. I would imagine that in real life it’s even more magical. Amazing, you’re simply amazing🙏🏽🙌🏽
Wow man, been a long time viewer now and honestly this might be my favourite piece of your work!! It looks incredible! Your builds just keep getting better, I can never click on the video fast enough!! Awesome work Tanner, keep it up! Real inspiration😍😁!

Oh, Tanner! I have been searching for instructions like this for so long! So much to love here: Your choice of Savory Stone is inspired, and I plan to use it in my build. I took copious notes and will begin gathering my materials today. I may not do this in a bioOrb but I have a huge metal and glass terrarium that will accommodate a waterfall like yours above beautifully. I will send phots when I complete it. Thank you for sharing your gift with us. You are such an artist.
How timely. I’m working on installing a pond in my new Biorbair. This will help and inspire me with my build. Glass frogs will be my residents

I know it doesn't come together in real time the same as it does in the video but it's not really the time that makes the difference, it's your touch, your artistry. Bloody lovely mate, lovely. Big love from Scotland :)
Your shows always please but this build specifically has an indescribably calming and grounding effect on me. Thank you for sharing a truly Zen moment.

This is the prettiest thing I have ever seen. I love every element that you added. The grassy patches in the foreground really made it look like part of the forest floor. Just beautiful!
Super impressive, I’ve seen these in the past and had no idea where to begin. I’m a chef looking for something to bring some tranquility into my off hours, thank you for making these seem so approachable.
That is SO beautiful! At some point I'll try to use some of your techniques and hopefully create something similar - But until then, I'll keep on enjoying your videos!
Love how you explain why and what you use certain plants for. Gorgeous build has me wanting a bio orb even more now! 😁♥️
