Fun fact for you Ellen and followers; In about 1893 the artist Toulouse-Lautrec was the first to use splattering. It was done with a toothbrush and it was called spitting; well he was French. He became famous after painting the poster for Moulin Rouge.
I like it too! I love that you showed how you can “rub out” mistakes. When I learned that, I became much more free with my process. Thank you.
Love Love this style of painting! I really like neutral paintings too. This was fun to watch.
Oh boy, does that need a Matt and a frame!!
It’s so fun watching you paint. I do learn so much. Mostly “Just have fun!”

Thank you for the good times Ellen! I am just getting over being sick. I haven't painted in several days. It felt wonderful to freely paint. Stupid virus!

What a wonderful freedom! A thousand times thank you for this painting with successive transformations that lets speak the pigments and our vision, our intimate perception!

Absolutely loved the whole process and the results 😍
When I do intuitive painting, it turns into a muddy mess.😅 Yours, however, looks cool.
