    ❤Hi my dearest friend, I can see you are having so much fun. It looks wonderful. Can you use this with wood rounds and heavy card, as it would make some really good gift tags. Also, if you had a deeper dish could you dip baubles. Then I thought about balloons, dip and dry then inflate to see the results. Balloons and place name cards for weddings or special parties. I'm 74 today....I want to go back 20years so I can make just a few of the beautiful things you make...well I'd try. Love you xxx

    oh so pretty!!! I love water marbling, it is both fun and relaxing. I have never used the paints like you used, I normally use cheap nail polish,, That gives some really pretty results also.

    Really super cool! I love these!!! I'd seen marbling done with spray paint, in order to dip wine bottles. I like this better, though I imagine it would be difficult to do a bottle this way. Very beautiful.

    That looks like a lot of fun. I’ve seen videos where they do intricate designs on pottery, it fascinating. Whenever I see a out of the box technique like this.. I always wonder, who was the first person to think this up?😆 Thanks for another great video Louise.

    Thank you so much for such a brilliant tutorial. The results are absolutely gorgeous, and the technique looks great fun. I will now have to buy some marbling paints, as I have a load of aqua cast pieces crying out for colour. While I'm here, I just want to thank you for a saviour technique you showed where you used Liquitex. I used it yesterday, and it totally saved my piece. I thanked you in my head! Much appreciated x ❤

    Just love this technique and am eating my ❤️out that i cannot attempt it because here in India we dont get aquacast or the peabeo marbeling kit. If i import it, will pay more in delivery charges, so its not an option 😥 Still doesnt stop me from admiring your ideas and creativity. I want to jump into your brain to learn how it ticks. Have seen many of your videos which have given me ideas i can execute with the ltd material I can buy locally. Great job.

    These look fabulous, Louise. I use a cat litter tray for my marbling if that helps? They're readily available, and quite cheap! That Aquacast looks interesting, and the mould you used looks really nice quality - the edges are beautifully rounded. Being the cheapskate I am 😬 and wanting to squeeze every last penny out of things, your comment about creating a pastel effect by wiping off the excess paint got me wondering if you could even do a series of 'ghost prints' onto slightly damp hotpress watercolour paper, creating a nice second piece to use in mixed media work later...? [Been a little while since I've been able to watch one of your videos, hope the café opening went well and that you are thriving.]

    This is amazing!! I have the kit and it never occurred to me to use it in aqua cast. I wondering if you had used the size on your coasters first would prevent so much white? But I loved the pieces with the white in them.

    I've been marbling for a while now, I would love to help you if you'd like some help...I've used acrylic paints and marabu paints to marble....marbling can be addicting! You definitely needed to have a deeper pan with your water...good luck in your next marbling day!

    been watching this technique since before Christmas. No aqua cast here. Wpuld it work on cured resin or would one have to marble special paper ,seal then immerse in resin?????

  • @LouiseSingletonCreations

    @LouiseSingletonCreations

    Жыл бұрын

    Thank you very much. It needs to be done on a porous surface so your idea of marbling paper and immersing it in resin would work. Resin darkens paper though so if you want to keep it looking the same you could laminate it first x

    **@Louise Singleton Creations** If you want to avoid white spots in your marbeling in future, clean off the blanks with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol and then let them dry thoroughly, and DON'T touch them with bare hands after you clean them with the alcohol. That should reduce/prevent the white spots.

  • @LouiseSingletonCreations

    Brilliant tip! I hadn’t thought about my finger prints causing the spots. It’s funny really because I know how that happens with resin but didn’t use that knowledge with Aqua Cast.
