Water Leak From A Pipe On The Side of The House

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Every year Magic Touch Mechanical receives hundreds of calls and messages from homeowners concerned about water leaking from a pipe on the side or back of their house.
We get so many calls that we posted a blog article about water leaks from one of the (up to 3) pipes you may see water dripping from on the outside of your house. We update that article every June when air conditioning season is in full swing. If you'd like to read that article it can be found here: airconditioningarizona.com/wa...
In this video we review some of the issues discussed in the article and which leaks / drips are part of the normal operation of your air conditioner and nothing to worry about. We also discuss two types of water leaks from pipes on the side of your house that are NOT normal and are indeed a problem, how to fix the leak, and when to call a plumber vs. when to call your air conditioning company for repair service.
