Examples: they listen they show up they respond to needs *school supplies *food *clothes provide rides to school/home pay for extracurricular sports They love their kids regardless of home life, ethnic groups, etc. Some kids are being raised without a positive loving adult. A teacher can make or break a child. Former educator, teacher, principal 35+ years.

We need more teachers like her. Period!

Unless these kids will be competing for jobs as dancers, they...are...füçķëđ. Wait untill you see their faces 10 years from now flipping burgers or bagging the groceries. Trying to makes ends meet. But at least the teacher was "cool".

Her students reactions in the back ground is touching!!! They are blown away.What a great example to her students and now the world. Thanks to all the loving teachers keep-in it real!

I love this 😍. As a teacher, I understand the need for such playful moments with our 'children' When this happens, we are at par with them, when we return to class, they pay attention, knowing that it is time to be serious. They perform even better 👍👍

@Gary M. Russell Who hurt you? Your kids? What's the issue with this happening during break? Not like this happened outside of break hours. And students not learning is the fault of the parents. Parents nowadays are "too busy" to pay attention to their children. They can't take care of their kids, so they let technology take care of them, and that's why the drop out rates are high, because kids now are addicted to social media thanks to their parents. Don't blame the school or teachers for the students dropping out, blame the parents themselves. The first individuals kids look up to are their own parents. If you can't motivate or encourage your kids to get better grades, then no one else can.

@@mydogsteppedonabee8380 @My dog stepped on a bee it has been documented that 23 schools in Baltimore had zero students test at grade level in math and 97% of students state wide in certain grades did not test at grade level in math. Third world countries do better than that, so as long as my taxes pay for it yeah I can say it is a complete and utter failure.

We need more teachers like you, that engage and connect with their students. This was fun, obviously for everyone, your a gem!!

I thank god you aren’t a teacher because you’d be the type that nobody likes or respects who sits behind their desk all day and makes everyone take notes the entire class like that’s really gonna help anyone or engage them in what they’re being taught. I love love love this!!!! These young people forget that they are doing the exact same dances we did in the 80’s!!! There’s nothing new under the sun.. I am laughing 😂 and crying with tears of joy. She did her thing!!! Lol 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

As soon as she started...the reactions of the other students, they knew it was on!!! I love this!!!

She is a teacher of the now generation. I am sure she motivates children to come to school. Especially since COVID19 schools have lost their zing, children have Becky bored and dis interested. Every teacher should mix fun With learning; I am sure her pupils love her😂

Teachers are such influential and key role models in student’s lives . As an adult I still remember the negative teachers who said “you can’t do it” however the positive teachers outweigh them . We had music too, everyone learnt to play an instrument and there was also drama and gymnastics. However, teachers had to dress and look professional at all times; they could not act like one of us. Times change hey.

I love that the teacher accepted the challenge and danced with the students. You can see that boy is very respectful, he was so carried away by the dance and didn't even know when he tapped the teacher. His reaction as soon as he tapped her shows he respects her and didn't mean to be rude in any way. Love the teacher student relationship they have.

This from a retired school teacher, you did your thing girl! I love the relationship you have with your students. Everyone that is anything, had to go through a teacher. From preschool through 12th. We honor our teachers! She did that!

Absolutely ❤ this! The best teachers teach inside and outside of the classroom. Decades later I still remember my favourite teachers because of the things they taught me academically and personally.
