That's a beautiful washer and dryer. You should be grateful for having your own washer and dryer that you're not at a laundromat. I know this is not current but I believe that if you would hook it up to wifi it would service you better. 👍

I just bought the same ones, I’ve always liked the Samsung brand when it comes to washers and dryers and have little or no maintenance to run them.

I know the dryer has a steam function which would require a water connection I'm assuming but if I wanted to forgo using the steam function could I use the dryer without water connection?

I have the original Samsung flex washer and dryer but makes me wonder if they’ve worked out the kinks. Literally one day after warranty expired the top washer stopped working when lower was running and then altogether without giving error codes. May have to swap them out in the new house

I had the original flexwash washer for 7 years, and then it just stopped working a few days ago. I must say that it was the best washing machine I’ve used in terms of cleaning my clothes, but I expected it to last a bit longer. 7 years is not long for an equipment that cost so much.

you Americans do everything jumbo. UK Samsung washers start at 7kg. you guys have what 16kg plus?

We get charged the same price too for half the size, I'm currently looking at the bespoke ai Samsung heat pump dryer and washer and it's pretty much £1500 for 8kg which is 1700usd

Awesome video, im planning on buying my mom a set next week. Do you recommended buying the boosters to add more height to them? I know these machines aren't too tall, but i just wanna make sure since my mom is 5'6 and don't want her to have to bend too much since her current washer is top load.

I had the original lg front loader washer and dryer buy the pedestal is very convening if you have the space

I have a Samsung front loader that is 10 months old and is already not repairable! There is a counter weight on the front of the tub it is made of concrete! They are breaking in such large numbers that they sent one out before tec came out. When the break many times it destroyers front tub. Waiting for replacement! Try getting someone to exchange it! 2 weeks and still waiting!

yep! really happy with it.

My set arrived yesterday 3-24-2023; just finished hacking through the washer control panel so that I can SPIN ONLY or DRAIN ONLY (features not available unless you know how to hack through the control panel). Hacking has made a world of difference in spinning my bulkies practically dry as, the highest setting "5" doesn't do the trick because it continues to add water.

in simplest form, just data leakage. these aren't complex and well encrypted apps and Other devices hooked up can traffic data unrelated to anything to do with washing your clothes, and leave it wide open for manipulation. I just don't find it worth the risk with a washing machine. wtf do I need wifi washing machines anyway? If I have to physically be there to load them, one more second and I can press the button to turn it on, why would I go into the app to do that?

These so called smart washers are garbage, I had one for a week and returned it for a full refund. They use little to no water and the clothes came out dirtier than they went in. These are total shit products.

Smart washers are made to use less water and clean longer. That’s why it’s eco friendly. You just don’t know what you’re doing. My clothes are all clean and I’m saving on water

WiFi is pre-programmed ON; you need to go in and turn in OFF, if you really want to be safe.
