You can buy a quart of powdered graphite for like 18 bucks and just brush it on the the back of your paper in seconds. Just dont do it right next to your computer because powdered graphite can short a motherboard. But you can do some really cool art things with powdered graphite. It's also a great antifriction mechanical lubricant. Also for your transfer it might be nice to use a plastic or steel chopstick or a nitting needle Also I hiiighly recommend any hobbyist to get at least 3 culturehust paint in their aresenal for a couple reasons. Everyone whos a hobbyist eventually talks to someone who knows thier paints and tries to convince that extremely expensive paints are the only things worth to create real art, and although there is a significant difference in feel and vibrance in expensive pai ts its ridiculous to assume their needed - HOWEVER culturehustle paints are extremely high quality paints for a fraction of the cost of ultra high end paints - they also provide you unique abilities that mo other paint can offer. No matter how rich you are or how many thousands of dollars you spend, you will NEVER mix an oil paint that has the properties that Semple and his team have engineered. So I dont see them as just pretty paints but rather as tools like a airbrush or a paint knife. They provide you with the abilty to create things you would gave never been able to and expand your artistic creativity. The other thing is that the price also goes to a team thelat constantly pushes the boundaries of color technology while also being a watchdog against greedy and unethical art moguls. My most used paints are their black series, I use them to prime miniatures before painting and for airbrushing my shadows (its fucking life changing) but every time bust out that expemsive little bottle for my happy little murderous knickknacks get a kick knowing that I paid to help fuck over Anish Kapoor and undermine people like him at every unethical advancement they make. The sparkly paints are pretty too so theres that

Thankyou so much for taking your time to write out such a detailed and helpful comment. One thing I regret about this video is that I didn't give the black a proper chance to thrive over a bigger area. Since making this, I've added a few more from Culture Hustle to my collection. As a pure coincidence I bought their new Ultra glow pigment this afternoon! Can't wait to try it.

@@CandyMachineStudios I made a post about you needing to get ultra before I saw your reply 😂 pleeeaase review it. You're waaay better than me lol if you do could you review it on a canvases primed with with the black 3.0(or 4 whichever you have now- also im telling you start priming with that stuff, its life changing), and one with brightest white? Some airbrushing action with it would be rad because that's the skill I'm currently building these days. Boy I sure hope there's some left next time I get spending money 😬

Thankyou so much! Good luck with your mini painting! The pre-mixed 'potions' they sell work like the equivalent of the 'Layer' range of Citadel paints, I hope that helps

Great production. Loved watching you speed paint the coolest bunny and thinking "This would be a BAD ASS velvet black light poster". Watching you blend multiple techniques in a short video was Awesome. Thank You !!!

I ordered some of their products. It is frustrating as I did 2 orders and the first one was just over 3 weeks ago, and it still hasn't been shipped. The other was ordered a few days later and was finally shipped last week. I didn't realise when I ordered that they had a disclaimer that said it could be days to months between order and shipping. There are a lot of unhappy clients online. How was your experience with ordering and shipping? For easier transfer look up Saral. It is basically just a grafite or coloured paper and does what you did with the pencil on the back. It is just easier. You tear off some of the saral, put it under your drawing and do the trace. You can use the same bit over and over, which is what I do at least, so while it is more expensive than just scribbling on the underside, at least it can last a long time. Plus it saves you a lot of time and your time is valuable and worth a few dollar of cost. Beautiful painting :)

Thankyou for the transfer advice! As for shipping, they've always been pretty prompt unless it's on back order. I ordered some of the Glow dust and that did take about 3-4 weeks at the time. They didn't email to say there might be a delay until I'd purchased it. Luckily it wasn't a problem because I didn't need it in a rush, but it would have been nice to have known

I’ve only had to wait a long time when it’s a new product/ beta test as they have to make them after the orders are collected. Everything else has arrived within a couple of weeks and I’ve never had a problem with something never arriving.

I'd be curious to see how the different paints respond to different forms of lighting, RGB led lights or blacklights for example. Seems like the paints would be excellent for artists who intend on doing projects with specific lighting conditions in mind, like those groovy blacklight posters. Excellent work.

Hi everyone, just a little update here! It's seems that at the moment Culture Hustle are having a bit of trouble with their delivery timescale; a lot of people are waiting up to a month or so to recieve. So just something to be aware of if you need anything in a hurry!

I placed an order on May 3rd for delivery to my brother’s address. They never communicated anything, no confirmation, no acknowledgement, nothing. They shipped to me. I refused the package and asked them to reship to correct address. I finally got a response on the 23rd when I filed a PayPal dispute. On May 23rd I replied to please reship. A week later, bumpkis. PayPal will refund on June 4th. Really would like my brother to have this paint but I’ll never order again.
