Testing MIRROR paint - Does it work on paper, canvas..etc!? Culture Hustle Supply Test
I tested the mirroriest MIRROR paint from Culture Hustle (Stuart Semple) and tested it out on traditional art materials to see if it works!

I’d recommend gesso’ing the paper first. ☺️
Why wouldn't you make the surface your applying this mirror finish to as porous free as possible? The canvas was gesso'd (?) Which basically creates a non porous plastic (acrylic/plastic) base. So of course a mirror finish would work much better I would think. Other wise just use silvered ink or gouache.

I tried this paint. When I opened to paint it was only 2/3rds full. I used it on (120,300,1000) sanded and painted wood- a picture frame. I am VERY disappointed with the paint. It did not cover well at all. I did not even have enough to do the relatively small project I bought it for- just be warned. It shows brush strokes horribly. I do NOT think this paint is worth it. I was also impressed with the density of the paint. But overall very disappointed. Seriously? One star. Do not purchase.
