Very informative! Coz I wanted na to use these. Although di ako acne prone pero I wanted to lighten my skin. Kase ang bilis magsawa skin ko sa whitening prods na ginagamit ko. Puputi ng 1-2weeks tapos pag nahiyang na nanaman, wala na. Thanks for this.

As of the moment, I'm still using Maxipeel. Yes, sobrang hapdi, namumula at kapag sobrang use nasusunog yung balat kaya nagkakaroon ako ng pangingitim ng balat. But now, okay na yung balat ko but still using it at night only. Di ko na sya ginagamit sa day time dahil may work ako kapag ganung oras.

As an example, Maxipeel no.2 has 0.025% tretinoin and 2% hydroquinone as active ingredients. This in itself is lower than what the clinical studies looked at (0.05% to 0.1% tret and 4% HQ as the upper limit for effective treatment of hyperpigmentation, melasma etc. ). However, the Maxipeel no.2 has a 59.44% alcohol content! And that is where the problem lies. Tret and HQ are irritating ingredients by themselves. You add an extremely irritating ingredient like alcohol at a super high concentration. You are basically priming yourself for a break out, not just a purge. And then use the product like a toner everyday, and maybe forget to use sunscreen. Unless you have a skin like rubber or it has a very high tolerance for irritants, chances are, the very irritated skin by now will result in even more acne and hyperpigmentation.

You are not supposed to use the maxipeel as a toner because like what you said it has high concentrated materials that could damage your skin further. Like what Jan said, it needs to have a proper guidance from your derma or you can carefully follow the instruction attached on the product.

I use RDL No. 2 but only as a "maintenance" for my face. I use it everyday for no more than 1 month and then once I'm content with the appearance of my face, I stop using it and just go back to moisturizer and sunscreen only. Then I use it again after a minimum of 4 months or until I feel like my face needs a maintenance. I apply RDL only at night paired with moisturizer and then during day time, I use sunscreen and avoid contact with direct sunlight as much as possible. My skin is mostly oily at the t-zone and I have a small amount of pimples, that's why my skincare is like this. So far, I've never experienced any bad skin reaction with RDL. 😅

Hello, nag try na ako ng rdl baby face 3,2,1 by process. Nawala mga pimples ko, hyperpigmentation and darkspot. And I really love the result😊

I’ve used Maxipeel before because I had a lot of acne and pigmentations and it worked for me. I think the issue here is that people who do not know or has little to no knowledge about skincare, or some who are a little bit lazy to read the back of the box, use them as a part of their “skincare” when it should be a “medication”. You should use it only for 2 months or earlier if the issues have been addressed. We shouldn’t use it as toner. It’s like the differentiation between vitamins and medicine. You can take vitamins on a daily but you wouldn’t do that if it’s a medicine. Treatment/medication is different from skincare. And kudos to Jan Angelo!!! Huhu he deserves so much more attention lalo na dito sa Ph skincare community! Also, please do a video about ceramides!!!! 👉🏻👈🏻

If you think acne can shake your entire self-esteem, wait 'til you experience skin purging. I have never been insecure with my acne before kasi alam kong due to stress dahil sa school but nung nagdecide akong i-treat na siya.. purging happened (currently) and I started to feel a bit conscious with how it looks. I'm using maxipeel exfoliant solution 3 and it works very fine sa balat ko and never pakong nag kapurging phase unlike sa sinasabi daw nila na mamalat daw mukha mo.Una akala ko hindi ume effect kasi walang pamamalat pero after 2 weeks naglighten talaga mga darkspots ko at nawala yung mga tigyawat ko. I only use this product every night and 4-5 drops lang nilalagay ko sa mukha ko and ofcourse hindi ako nagpapaaraw and naglalagay ako ng moisturizer

Love this video! Personally I've used Maxipeel for over a year now.. I've been through different dermatologists and meds na before pero wala talagang nag effect and btw I have clean diet, I workout, I change bedsheets regularly, etc.. still the zits won't go away. With Maxipeel, I just strictly followed the instructions sa website nila.. Morning (Facial wash + Sunblock) and for Evening (Facial Wash + Toner + Moisturizing cream), all Maxipeel products.. the result is nag lessen talaga yung pimples ko and dark spots lightened. Even up to this day hindi na ko na e-entice bumili ng kung anu-anong products pa. Yung pinaka holy grail ko lang is the sunblock and moisturizer. Noon hesitant din ako sa Maxipeel pero if you come to think of it.. the brand has been here for quite a while already and there's a reason for it. The products are also especially made for Filipinos, the formulation is customized according to our weather here and the most typical skin types. Sorry ang haba na, I just want to share my experience kasi I almost lost hope noon, isang araw bigla ka na lang nagbreakout sa face nang hindi mo alam bakit and you feel so small and ugly, yung tipong di na makalabas ng bahay dahil nahihiya sa pimples. Kaya sa mga makakabasa nito, don't be scared of Maxipeel.. It has been in the industry for a long time for a reason! Just strictly follow the instructions wag pasaway. I'm lucky hiyang sakin.. @@kylapatriciac.salvador6532 pahid sa mukha gamit ang bulak, isang beses sa isang araw depende sa pagiging sensitive ng balat mo. Pag di kaya ang hapdi at pangangati, puwede alternate kada araw. Hangga't maaari, sa gabi lang magpahid, dahan-dahan lang at di sobrang dami kasi bawal maarawan balat mo pag gumamit ka niyan. Pag araw naman, mag-sunblock.

@@Ongiel ang nakakatakot din kasi sa maxipeel at RDL, may levels yung misming exfoliants without disclosing the concentration of the 2 actives (same goes with AHA and BHA that both products have)

Very informative, as usual! I've only tried the maxipeel zero (which promises zero sting, zero peeling). It has retinol (i think) and also has glycolic acid and salicylic acid. It was fine at first, I only use it every other day. But turns out I was using it wrong. I was using it while my face is wet! (which I now know to be a big NO coz it actually helps the product penetrate deeper). I developed sensitized skin around my nose and cheek area (probably worsened by using face masks all the time). It was red, itchy, dry and flaky. And whatever I put on it stings and burns even just water and even the cetaphil lotion stings. When I went to the derma, she diagnosed me with rosacea. So now I threw out all my alcohol based toners and only use fragrance free, alcohol free products that's safe for sensitive skin.

@@mochimoshi1458 glad this helped! Siguro it depends sa skin and sa paggamit. I saw someone on youtube that used the maxipeel zero and it worked fine for them. If you do try it, best to be careful and start slow. Also just use it on dry skin. I didn't try it again kasi nga nadamage ko na skin barrier ko.

I've been using RDL#2 for more than a year na, Pantay naman kulay ko so far hindi naman namumula na parang tocino, hindi rin makintab, parang natural lng, hindi ako nag stop kasi Pag nag stop ako bumabalik acne ko Pero nagpapahinga ako like 2days di ako maglalagay.. Pero I only use it before bedtime. In the morning I use Sunscreen. I had severe acne last yr as in! cystic acnes mga lumabas kc back then I didn't put any thoughts on skin routine tamang hilamos lang ng sabon, one time i tried using moringga soap that I bought in the grocery store that caused my severe acne purging as in madami! I didn't get to see a derma kc bc from ojt I can't make it 😅. To make the story short I used that maxi peel solution no. 3. And yes! 3 kagad ako 😂 kc grabe na ung mga pimples ko then ung maxi peel na nka tube ung maxi peel cream no. 3 naman as my spot corrector. Every other day k ginamit ung solution while every night ung cream, used it for a month then sinabayan ko ng nivea cream ung blue na naka tin 😂 as my moisturizer. And pak after two months wala n kong acnes. I stopped using maxi peel exfoliant solution and cream after a month then I continued using nivea cream after ko mag wash sa gabi. Lesson learn u need to put lots of thoughts sa skin care ko 😂 kaya I'm here sa channel mo sir love all ur advice and i tried using apotheke naicinamide and ganda ng effects sakin plus I never leave the house na w/o sunscreen 🥰

I used MAXPL #2 and #3 many during my mid 20's due to cystic acne and it helped a lot. Now I am 32 years old, and maybe a bit late; I have more knowledge and financial capacity to manage my skin care. I am using a hydrating Korean toner, Pure Centella Asiatica ampoule, and Soothing Cream from Skin 1004 - I apply MXPL #1 after the toner since the other 2 are thicker than the exfoliant, per sé. Ang point niya is tamang pag gamit. Yung Skin Darkening (Ochronosis, the hardest to treat), is really caused by cosmetic abuse and not even using SPF. Good skin is Good health. Skin issues can come from our lifestyle or a deeper health condition. Dermatologists know better.

Yung mama ko used maxi peel before nasa 50+ siya that time kasi super hilig niya talaga sa mga skincare products pero without proper research before gamitin ganun and grabe natrauma siya dyan kasi super nangitim as in itim yung face niya na parang naging birthmark na. And nawala lang siya guys bandang 2019 after sooooo many years wherein 70 na siya ngayon.. its with the help of the derma of course but imagine ilang years siya nagpapaconsult.. so for me its a no talaga...😊 Ngayon bumalik na dati niya na face na maputi pero may signs pa din naman pero parang pantal na siya na redish ganun and not black anymore

SKL Yung amazing story ko with Maxipeel Level 4 during nung college ako. First year college ako nun 2014-15, Ang byahe ko from House to Uni is like 1 hour and 45 min so sobrang babad yung Face ko sa usok, alikabok, UV rays and harsh elements ng Kalsada. I've never tried maxi peel or baby face but I tried to use a rejuvenating set (prestige) before, di naman sobrang lala nung acne ko siguro hormonal acne but I suffered sa malalang acne marks and it really helps me to lighten my dark spots. But ginamit ko lang sya siguro for a month lang and followed the right instruction on using it. Nanood din ako ng maraming reviews before using it, kasi nagda doubt ako. But it really worked. Rejuvinating set is just a treatment not a maintenance. Ngayon back to regular skin care, much simplier and follow the routine you suggested. Cleanser-Serum-Moisturizer-Sunscreen. Thank you for always sharing knowledge, since your first video inaabangan ko na lahat ng video mo. Hindi ka lang nagsa suggest ng products but you also inform us about the ingredients we need to avoid and be cautious. Thank you and keep doing great.

Maxipeel 2 and 3 is my holy grail, natanggal talaga yung mga pimples and acnes in 2 months. ngayon, wala na sila kaya im gradually transitioning to a normal skincare routine with mild products. so far, so good!

Tama... Follow the instructions lang ng box. Wag madami ilagay sa cotton at also Gabi lang dapat ilagay....maganda cxa I'm 31 pero never naka melasma..don't forget to use sunblock kahit NasA bahay ka lang..

Bumili ako dati ng Maxi Peel because of my bad skin, subukan ko daw gamitin at ipapainom daw saken ng mama ko yung laman. Hahaha. Even before delikado daw gamitin, and bata pa naman daw ako. Just maintain good hygine and proper skincare regimen.

I had been using maxipeel when i was a college student at masasabi ko maganda talaga basta tamang pag gamit lang sa kanya. But 1st try ko di ako marunong nag worst ung pimple ko as in nasunog pa nga. Pero pina stop ako ng 2 weeks ng dermatologist then sabi after 2 weeks na nag rest at kumalma na ung skin ko ituloy ko daw ung maxipeel. Tapos binigyan nya lang ako ng guidelines pano sya gamitin lalo na i have sensitive skin. Imbis na salitan ung pag gamit ganto binigay nya sakin schedule Monday Weds Saturday Yan lang ung days kung san ko sya gagamitin. 😊

I was very pimply back then. Only nung gumamit lang ako ng maxipeel nawala yung pimples ko. It wasn't under the guidance of a derma so i continuously used it as a part of my skin care routine. What i've tried that really cured dark spots is use ingredients with vitamin c, niacinamide together with sunscreen to be more effective! Also glycolic acid pero yung konti lang masyado ingredients na kasama like teranex soap AHA type, pang tanggal lang ng superficial dead skin and better to check your skin type talaga! use products what your skin needs or any other day, kasi ang skin may natural ph balance. So be moderate sa pag gamit. Thumbs up for this! :)

yung RDL nag help naman siya sakinnnn,, pero yung 2 lang ginamit q nd yung maliit lang then pag kaubos non hindi na ulit ako masyadong tinitigyawat,, tas nag patuloy aq up until now sa rdl 1 namannnn kasi hindi na malala pimps ko hehe yun langz

For me, using these products aren't scary only if you follow the instructions carefully and be cautious all the time. Also, do some research and skin patch before using those to your face. Love your skin more while you're using these products po para safe.

Nung first time ako nag-work from home 2011 pa gumamit ako ng maxipeel with my mom's supervision kasi siya ang mas expert. No3 then after a month number 1 nalang. Ginamit ko siya daily tapos every use, sinusundan ko ng chin chun su. Hindi siya nagdadry and mas mabilis magpeel and nakikita ko ung peeling dahil sa chin chun su. Ang secret lang is wag kang lalabas sa may direct sunlight kasi mamumula tapos mangingitim talaga ang balat. Naging effective siya saken.

Yung first time ko gumamit ng RDL ang ganda ng results sa akin as in nag lighten yung dark spots ko and naging smooth yung skin ko. Pero naging sensitive yung skin ko as in mahapdi tapas manipis na sya need ko mag stop kasi naging okay na yung dark spots ko eh. If ever gagamit kayo make sure gagamitin nyo to sa night and and sandwich moisturizer nyo po. In the morning apply a spf 50 or above sunscreen to protect your skin

my skin chose RDL. i tried the ordinary's niacinamide pero it didnt do much for my spots (BUT IT MADE MY SKIN LOOK SO HEALTHY AND GLOWY). RDL made my skin glow, nung una you'd think na oily lang face mo pero pag hinahawakan mo di naman. ive been dealing with acne for 4 years, yun lang nagpa clear sa skin ko FOR 2 WEEKS ONLY. na extend ko pag gamit (used it for 3 and/or a half months) and nung nag take na ako ng break, i had a breakout ulit, balik lang sa dati. i will be experimenting on other actives and after ko maubos yung bottle pero i might go back if walang nagustuhan yung skin ko na iba. im using rdl 2

Sameeee, 4 years nang nagpapabalik balik ang pimples ko nasanay na lang na araw araw may bago. My skin type is oily to dry skin acne prone din, nagtry ako ng RDL 2 and it saaavee meee. Sobrang kasundo ng balat ko yun, then pag hininto ko tutubuan ako ng pimps. But I am happy now with RDL holy grail ko na siya together with luxe organix gel snail, Ponds acne clear.♥️ Ngayon ita-try ko naman yung toner ng luxe na may ingredients na may niacinamide, sana makasundo ng balat koo.♥️

laser ang effective sa melasma can get rif of melasma yung topical creams nakaka lighten lang hindi nakakatangal.

I’m an avid watcher of skincare videos and I’m glad to have discovered your channel! Super informative. I’ve been using Maxipeel since 2016, yung #3 variant pa which is the strongest. As in everyday pa yon which I do NOT recommend at all! I went through the purging phase which is the worst part, but after a few months my skin really got better (as in glass skin ka ghorl?!) I stopped using it by that time kasi I thought I didn’t need it na and masyado na siyang matapang sa balat. Pero fast forward to 2019, bumalik yung acne ko. My initial solution was to use the Maxipeel again and resist the purging, but at that time it only irritated my skin even more, dumami pa pimples ko lalo. Ngayong taon I still have acne but it’s much more bearable now. I still use Maxipeel but ONLY every other day at sa gabi pa. Pinapahid ko lang siya sa problem areas ko and not the whole face. I make sure I moisturize my skin enough din. It really does help dry out pimples as fast as possible, just as long as it’s used properly and not regularly.

Does ur skin revert back to its original state when u stop using it? Or it maintained glass skin?

Ito ang solusyon ng mama ko nung nag breakouts ako. Ang sakit, lalo na sa reddening stage. Nag stop na ako ngayon (last year) sa Maxipeel 3 and RDL and switched to gentle cleansers and moisturizers. Hindi ko na keri.

Ako talaga never ako nging fan ng mga yan kahit gngmit ng mga classmates ko noon .. thank goodness Kbeauty came along saka more sources to review skincare

Rdl Mula noon ang. Noon super effective sya saakin pero until now naman e. Ang kaso ngayon Hindi na masyadong matanggal Ang dark spot at red spot sa mukha ko ko.. Tapas pag i titigil ko ulit pimples is in the house nanaman. Kaloka lang!

i used maxi peel no. 2 once with my mild acne-prone face at pagka bukas na pagka bukas nagpeel yung face ko so i stopped. so continued to's 0.5% retinol and cosrx's aha7 and bha power liquid, a much much more gentle retinol and exfoliants. and my skin's loving it. a holy grail for sure. great video jan!

Wala naman akong problems products (all skincare products in general). Ang problem ko ay sa ibang derma (NOT ALL). Nakapunta na ako sa iba't ibang derma at dahil doon, nag ka mistrust ako sa ibang derma (including sa sikat na derma sa Pinas kasi paiba-iba opinion niya). Yung ibang derma kasi basta lang mag recommend ng may steroids, o kaya magrerecommend sila ng sarili nilang medicine na hindi naman effective. As a result, nagrerely na lang ako sa mga derma sa Instagram. As in maraming derma na consistent yung advice. Kasi updated sila sa skincare industry at hindi sila nagrerecommend ng sarili nilang gamot. Accessible sa public yung nirerecommend nila. Tapos ayun, effective naman yung mga sinasabi nila. Hindi ako nagdidiscourage ng derma dito. Pero na-sad lang ako sa mga experience ko.

I got allergies sa maxipeel when I first used it 4 years ago.Ginamit ko ung pinaka mild once lang, then after one day namaga ang face ko and namantal. Umabot sya ng 2 weeks bago natuyo kaso nag iwan Ng peklat. That's the reason kung bakit nalaman kong sensitive ang skin ko, which is pati sa rejuvenating products is hindi pwede saken. Kaya before tayo gumamit Ng mga skin care products,mas okay po na mag skin patch test.

I've been using this both products for 4 years 😟 so far ok nmn xa , my purging pero kunti lang hehe ... Never pa nmn akong na sunog , always wear sunscreen lang talaga ... Budget friendly kac , malala kac ang acne scar ko , wla nmn akong pang laser , at kung gusto kong magpeeling kya ako gumamit nito ...

maxipeel has the most effective ingredients at talo pa ang mga mamahalin brands dyn. heres how to use it. use it only for two months maximum ang gagamitin mo lang along with it ay cetaphil cleanser at un maxipeel sun block at maxi peel moisturizer. no active ingredients whatsover to go along with the tretinoin and hydroquinone. gold standard and hydroquinone sa skin lightening. and please use only maxipeel solution number 1, twice a week. max na sguro ang thrice a week ha. so ayun. and wait.

Yung mama ko nung bata bata pa sya nagmaxi peel daw sya dahil Kay Kristine Hermosa then effective talaga sya. Kasi napagkakamalan pa syang 22 years old kahit age 30 na sya. Kaso ewan kapag tinitigil ata Yung mga ganyan di maganda effect or dahil Kung anu-ano pinapahid nya sa mukha nya.

Gustong gusto ko yung mga paliwanag mo. J.A pwede mo I content yung mga Derma Process tulad ng Diamond Peel, Carbon Laser Peel at iba pa. At kung kelan sila dapat ipagawa sa skin.

I'm back, and clear skin na ako dito 🤣 Salamat Kuya, ang acne ko na hindi ako iniwan hhahahha HIWALAY na po kami 🤣. Since Morena ako, ayoko naman pumuti, effective kasi talaga at pumuputi pag nag aapply ka ng RDL. By the way ginagamit ko is RDL 2. In guidance with DERMA. (advantage is , nasa Island ako, MAS MURA ang consultation sa derma 😭) Ginagamit ko first 2weeks RDL 2 tapos nung nag skin peeling na, pinastop muna ako gamitin si RDL 2, kasi sa pag pepeel off nya mahapdi sya gamitin, kaya gumamit lang ako ng Moisturizing cream mga 4 days. Nung medyo healed na yung skin ko from burning sensation. Nag start na ang rejuvenation at lumabas na ata lahat pimple ko. (madumi talaga mukha😅) I used RDL 3 para mas maheal agad ang pimple pero masyadong matapang para saakin yun, (pwede kanang ipaglaban🤣) Kaya we do some trying with our derma and we ended up na mag stick sa number 2. Nawala dark spots ko na cause ng hormonal imbalance, Kahit may pimple hindi dark ang peklat nya. RDL 2 and moisturizer lang gamit ko na may SUNSCREEN. magsastop na ako gumamit nito on February 23,2021.Also, it was TRUE balikan ko lang daw si RDL number 2 in a month, then use once a day, TWICE a day kasi ako ngayon. I will stick to facial wash na ni recommend din ni doc which is Anti-acne. Then moisturizer na day cream lang. Na aadjust ko ang amount na nilalagay ko sa face ko gamit ang binigay ni DOC na DROPS, para mas matantya ko kung gaano karami ang ilalagay ko. 3 to 4 weeks saakin ang maliit na bottle ng RDL 2. Samay under eye ko, samay panga and sa Nose ko, konting-konti pinapalagay saakin ni doc dahil masyadong manipis balat ko don. hindi pinasabay ni doc ang paglagay ko sa NECK moisturizer lang muna , magsastart palang ako ngayong march 1. Ang product na ni recommend ni doc saakin👉 Gluta-C Anti-Acne Facial Wash (125php) RDL 2 (85php) Olay sunscreen(210php) may sachet ng olay 25php. 3weeks saakin yan. VITAMINS na recommended, vitamins ko is rich sa ZINC and IRON, hindi ko ito tinitake at the same time sa morning ako nag zinc and 4pm Iron. Drink water.

nakakaiyak, during my hs to college years i used to use maxipeel kasi sabi ng mga kamag-anak ko. tapos mas lumalala yung pimples ko eto pala dahilan hays. thank you for the info kahit never na kong gagamit ng maxipeel haha.

Very effective ang maxipeel, basta po use it correctly. Dipo namula yung sa akin, hindi din po nagkaroon ng peeling.

Pwede po ba ipag sabay RDL and SOS pimple? Sana po masagot. 🙏🏼

I tried RDL ofc we need to follow instructions maximum of 2mnths lang daw then after ko non boooom bumalik lahat ng pimples ko :((( so I consulted through dermatology then prescribed me a tretinoin, now my skin looks really good actually darkspots nalang problem ko. So nagsayang din ako ng months na dapat nag direct consult nalang din ako 😶 luv u jan angelo!!!! ❤️

Hello Good day po. 😊 New subscriber lang ako pero hoping na mapansin ninyo. Actually gumamit na ko ng RDL 2 and ok naman kaso bumabalik balik pa rin yung pimples/acne ko. Then ang sabon ko is kojic san. Pero yung sabon is every evening ko lang ginagamit gusto ko sanang palitan na kaso di ko alam kung anung best sa face ko btw acne prone/ oil skin type po ako. Ni use ko yung RDL solution 3 at ngayun ok na skin ko sa mukha meron lang mga dark spots na dipa nawawala at isang beses lang ako minsan mag lagay ng RDL sa mukha dirin ako masyado lumalabas ng bahay para makaiwas sa araw inuubos kulang din yung isang malaki na binili ko at lilipat ako sa solution 2 pero diko sya gagamitin lagi kase nakakatakot nga yung side effect hahaha

Nia kc is salysilic acid nabsa klg gold standard sya pgdating sa sa pg treat ng whiteheads and blackheads do far very afordable dn sya what do u think po tretinoin user ako for almost 1 year .prob k tlga whiteheads and blackheads sa ilong.

Hi! the apotheke niacinamide serum isn’t good po ba? hindi kasi sya kasama doon sa best local serum under 500 😗
