I just bought this car for $190,000 in Pakistan. Talk about the tax here. It is 300-400% of the actual car price in dollars and the including other taxes the price brackets come very high

C63 W204 is on my car bucket list. That NA 6.2 monster sounds incredible. These new ones are still amazing, if ya had the money then..

SO GOOD EH!

I have just bought one, low mileage FY18 in a lovely all black combo colour with the black performance rims and the car is absolutely incredible when I tested it, I am waiting to pick it up from the dealer after they finish installing the brabus 650 kit. I hope to have it with in roughly 10 days and these are going to be the longest ten days of my life.

i would say AMG have def lost the old man vibes of the old E55 i reviewed.. this car felt much more young if that's the right word haha.. the ride was harsher and the engine just so much more aggressive.. i feel like the E55 is the Grandpa and this was the Grandson lol still from the same family but very much different

Not sure if it’s the same in Australia as it is in the UK but the saloon does not come with the performance exhaust standard - it has to be specced from brand new - only the coupe gets the fantastic sounding exhaust. They say the C63 (476bhp) is slightly quicker to 60 mph than the more powerful S (510 bhp) model due to getting its power down better🤔🤔. Great content 👍🇬🇧

Love the factory seats 👍🏼 if only they will fit it my hiace 🤙🏼

Great review Jono! My boss from many moons ago bought a 6 month old SL55 AMG from memory for $400k and after a year he put it through the raffles (auctions) and couldn't get $250k for it it! AMG is joked to stand for, All Money Gone! I really like these newer versions, but would probably have the older 6.2 if money would permit! Cheers for sharing mate...

its no question the amount of money they cost is ridiculous! unless you buy at the bottom or an exclusive model you will almost always lose money on them. but i guess for people who can afford it they don't care... i like this more i think rather than the old W204 but my god the sound of that 6.2NA!!! SO GOOD!

@@victorpeirce4753 I actually have life changing injuries thank's to a tree. Spent a month in hospital then 6 month's in a wheel chair, and could not walk unaided for 16 month's. Still in much pain, no such thing as ankle replacements. Look after your ankles what ever you do mate, and don't drive stupid like I did. I was snaking out of a burnout thinking I could get the car straight again and it clipped a curb and threw me into a tree. Broke color bone, humeral neck, and both ankles

Really had no idea was a rare combo

It's easy to understand why this car is so popular. Even as a BMW fanboy, if ever there was a Merc I desired it is this and/or its E-class big brother. I know they're different generations and not direct competitors, but how did you find this compared to the M6 Gran Coupe? Oh and if you get the chance, I'd love to get your thoughts on the current BMW M550i. For just ~$139k new, it seems incredible bang for (German) buck, with its 390kW and 3.6 second 0-100km.h. Lastly, your vidoes often include some great music tracks - if you can, please list their names :)

M6 did feel a bit more special.. 100%, but also felt older witch it is.. on the road tho they felt basically just as fast.. the M6 quicke on the straight but the C63 just so much more balanced. all my music is off no copyright sounds youtube channel

She's definitely a beauty Johnny,looks great,sounds fantastic,quick as for a heavy car,full of luxury,but there's just one problem I couldn't afford her unless I was an oil tycoon hahaha,top review as always enjoy your weekend mate.

Is it true that if the mechanical fuel pump lets go at the back of these motors, it lets oil into the fuel injectors an costs between $15,000 an $20,000 to replace injectors an pump. Plus you may wait months for parts from bosch?

i rate this C63S highly.. as in style, sound, driving feel.. was one of the best allround sedans i think ive had on the channel. Power still felt comparable to a tuned Miami V8 but the interior and premium nature of the car really did make you feel special. still felt raw and alive like an older holden or ford which was a great thing

Excellent video. 😎👍Traction control didn’t slow you down. Without it, it would probably be 5.X seconds. Every 0-100 in a powerful, torquey RWD comes with excuses. They are the ultimate excuse generators 🤣

Great review as always Ross, everything you said about Amg is true I rekon. My old man has a 2010 Amg Ml63 with a few bolt ons and tune and makes about 600hp. He is extremely disappointed with the ride quality, it has 21 inch factory tyres and you feel every single bump. It’s also has automatic suspension which I hear just makes it even worse. I’ve driven his car numerous times and it’s like driving a roller coaster the worst riding car comfort wise I have ever driven. But then the positives it will chop 95% of cars on the road, is awd and the sound puts Aussie v8s to shame. I’ll just add that if you need any parts replaced they are ridiculously priced and generally they have to be ordered and a tyre costs 570 each.

I did a video driving the 204vs205 back to back I honestly thought going into it I’d take the 204 but man the 205 is such a good car.. 204 just sounds better

@@RossReviewsau 100% better noise, but the W205 is a mighty car! better than the W204, but the M cars are more focused driving tools, most circuit lap times show the difference. There's almost 6 sec a lap difference between an E90 M3 and W204 C63, around Ascari circuit, in the M3's favour! The chassis gap has narrowed with the W205 to the M cars, but the M cars are still sharper, but C63 drivers, don't need fake noise pumped through the speakers!😁👍🏼

falcon's are not the best around the corners but MASSIVE BARRA POWER in a straight line aussie built and designed they will smash almost almost any street car in a straight line not bad for just look at the VL with a barra that just ran a 7.3 at 173mph STREET REGO

I love luxury cars and would 10/10 own one. Sadly Cars in Australia are so expensive. Also luxury cars will be higher prices to get on the road.

its an obvious point but they are 2 very different cars.. id get a Rspec Mustang they are 100k so about the same as one of these used.. but the Rspec can't do everything.. this C63S can.. and does it really well. is it to fancy.. maybe lol could it break.. maybe lol if i had the money would i buy one.. absolutely! (would need A LOT of money tho ha)
