After watching this i got my answer Sir, I am also an Introverted and very reserved person.. adding to this I had Fumbling problem too , to overcome i selected customer support field(voice support) , somehow I managed to overcome my vocal problems..but I overthink before expressing, and i miss the opportunities because of this,,, I'm doing good in work environment but I feel so reserved n inverted to express my opinion in my work place..

I think the one thing you've mentioned at the end "whatever was in past and whatever will be in future,we must take an initiative today infact now" is really really power point of this speech. I think so many people could relate themselves with this..

I am not very comfortable in terms like mental block.It’s the willingness to participate and speak.How?The surroundings,environments & understanding plays an important role .Everyone can’t speak on everything but I feel command on subject gives a positive vibe for interaction and building relationships.Secondly social upbringing and surroundings do play a big role.For example mingling & mixing with same social status is easier & accepted but mixing with higher levels one feels dejected & then the hesitation sets in. Anyways everyone has his own experience & one has to deal with that. Continuous effort like Japanese Kaizen helps.

Great sir it really wonderful how you reply the queries and motivate them make them strong by giving practical examples . Love u sir

follow TV shows in English, if you have access to. News paper, magazines read them and practice in front of a mirror and help others in your locality who are interested to learn the language. Try writing articles, write a book - even if you feel its not great, try writing short stories etc. read books.
