Unfortunately the law change a lot the last years of what the policy can do and what they can’t do. At least en California the policy CAN NOT do anything unless the university ask them to intervene. All this situation has building up years ago, the protesters first demand was to abolish the policy from universities. If policy act they can be sue. 😢

To me, the most interesting thing about this video is how few protesters there were in proportion to the enormous number of graduating students. The protesters also didn't seem to be getting any support from the crowd. It's a reminder that these protesters are just a loud minority -- something you can't see in other videos of university protests, because they don't show the enormous majority that isn't participating.
