My favorite zombie movie! And of course once again you had to replace that music from "The Goblins" as they were billed in this. Actually the band name is just Goblin. An awesome band that scored a lot of Dario Argento's movies back in the day. The whole idea of living in the shopping mall is brilliant but of course as is with all horror films, these people sometimes take too many chances. But then again it wouldn't be as exciting if we didn't have characters doing dumb things! This was definitely a different era as we don't have shops here in malls in the US that sell guns and ammo anymore.

Hey Kev - how's things mate? Thanks for watching the video - yes I had to change the music again - I got hit with 19 different copyrights on the music alone - 18 fraudulent and 1 genuine but replacing it is just easier with free to use music. It's an excellent movie especially when the sub context of materialism is understood and that we are in fact the zombies represented in the Shopping Malls - my favourite line is when 'Fran' says It's all wrapped up pretty in a nice bow but it's really a prison - fantastic line. Of course as you pointed out Goblin were all over Dario's movies and I have plenty of them in my collection to react too - I have Opera done in fact as it won a Poll but it's basically redundant as if I strip out all the music you lose the entire flavour of the film and basically the reaction makes no sense - so I may just make that a Patreon only video. Anyways thanks again for the comments and the second part of the reaction should be out tomorrow barring no further copyright issues.

@@JTRetroReactions Yes, I totally agree with you about the film's message about materialism/consumerism. A clever lampooning of this mindset. This was also done in the sci-fi classic Logan's Run. I'm looking forward to part 2!

Logans Run - now there is another one I haven't seen in years - Jenny Agutter if I remember - I'll add that to the list for a future poll mate - thanks for reminding me about that. I only have the subtitles left to do on Part 2 so it will be out tomorrow either here or on Odysee
