I don't. I abhor his decision, but his explanation of it is reasonable even if it is wrong in my opinion. When he announced that he had basically cleared Hillary, that was a statement that could seriously affect the election - positively for Hillary. So when new evidence came up that made him have to re-open the investigation, I can understand why he might think he had to tell people that his earlier conclusion might have been wrong. Probably, he should not have made either statement that close to an election, but after making the one, I can see how he might feel obligated to make the other.

@@jaygoren815 That's because he had not. The only reason people knew about the Hillary investigation is that Congress publicly demanded it - the FBI and DOJ do not publicize such things. And while the FBI said nothing about the investigation until reporting that they found no crimes, the GOP Congress had been holding public hearings for a long time. It is frustrating, but just because Congress used their power to make a public scandal out of this nothing does not mean the DOJ has the right to announce that they are investigating the other candidate.
