When a judge is nominale to the Canadian Supreme Court, NOBODY asks them what they think about this or that issue, not even members of Parliament. They are picked from a short list of names based on which province they represent, their professional record as lawyers and judges and things like that, but their opinions are irrelevant. AND they have to retire at 75 years old. Mandatory.

First, someone should go to Alito's house and ask Mrs. Alito to show them how to lower the flag, invert it and then run it back up the flag pole. I'd be willing to bet she doesn't know how to operate/raise the flag on the flag pole. Not because a woman can't do that. I think we should now acknowledge that Judges have way too much power that effect the lives of the people with zero accountability and that needs to end...along with tenured Judgeship. Additionally I would like to see a database of judges created that shows their record of cases. I get so frustrated as a voter when we are asked to vote for a judge with ZERO information. Ridiculous. I'm shocked by the lack of common sense in the court system. We've known for a long time that we dont have a court system that values truth. Justice is subjective. Our courts should be all truth, not games certainly not political. That imo is a no-brainer.

The Constitution states that Justices "shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour." This means that the Justices hold office as long as they choose and can only be removed from office by impeachment. Has a Justice ever been impeached? The only Justice to be impeached was Associate Justice Samuel Chase in 1805.

I noticed one on a Military Base hanging upside down for 4 hrs before it was put up right. Even called them from my outpost. OOPS. If this guy wants to do that, have at it. I send my children to use Khan Academy. I am so grateful to this man. I'm glad to see him in person and I have used it. I have a masters in nursing, but struggled with statistics and this was really helpful.
