At this point you should have made your point” This was that day when only the lawyers were there and arguing different motions. Also, the lawyer for lucci said that they’re doing the old way. The Feds figured out that the way they’re doing it doesn’t work and makes it too long where you start losing jurors, and in this case even lawyers are trying to quit. Thats a couple of reasons where it should be a “limit” or another way to do it, which it is.

There are restrictions on prosecution time lines. Urinal has just allowed the court to operate irregularly to allow the state to continuously call witnesses that have no testimony to support the prosecution and introduce evidence that doesn't support the accusations. This courtroom is a MESS

What y’all dont get is that its not about his answer. The state already knows all the witnesses who were associated with Thug wont snitch on him on the stand and that’s why she came prepared with the whole interview from 2013. It’s about the questions she’s asking him that she is trying to get the jury to hear, which shows his answers from 2013 right after the interview that’s important. It looks even worse on Thug bc who is gonna believe that someone doesn’t remember A SINGLE THING from an incident where they almost died. It just shows that no one is willing to snitch on the stand out of fear.

After hearing this for the first time i would say it doesnt sound bad it doesnt contradict what janae accused him of it sounds like exactly what they are accusing him of she was coerced and manipulated she didnt tell detectives no he didnt rape me she said idk how to explain if it was consenual meaning she probably didnt fully understand what consensual is and shows that she was conflicted within herself because clearly she knew she didnt want that but because he had broken her down already she in that moment and many months after was still under his control abd influence. We all watched how he would do things cause harm start things and then blame the other person cause he is never wrong and we also watched how they would slowly start to accept blame whether it was fear of being harmed fear of being outcasted while already being isolated or fear of a missed meal missed sleep etc. So they would agree they are to blame they are in their lower self and they gotta face their demons. This interrogation is no different seems to me she said what she said the way she did because all i just explained was still her mindset and very real to her at that time.
