Do you smoke weed? This lawyer is burying Lil Jeff. You really think the jury is buying “Thug” stands for “ Truly, Honest, Under, God”? Do you think the jury is buying “Pushing P” stands for pushing positivity? Are you buying that? Right, right, right, right….I can tell when I listen to his music that’s what he’s pushing, they all just good ol’ choir boys. Right, right, right…

Pushin Positivity was a reach, but did you watch the entire opening statement. The man basically exposed the prosecution for presenting BS "overt acts" that had nothing to do with Thug or lacked context. Not a single one of those overt acts proves that he was running a violent gang. And how did they fail to mention that the mruder he's accused of ordering was done by someone that was jumped by the victim a few days earlier. That's clear motive for YSL Woody, don't see any motive for Thug. If this is all the prosecution has, he will be found Not Guilty.@@user-xd5jy3ox2k

I hate how much blame we really have for black peoples lives, and we don't take any ownership. Young Thug was absolutely affected by poverty. Most white people can't even grasp it. Really, that can't grasp it or they are too much of a pussy too. For all we did to black people, we should be taxed every paycheck and call it the white asshole tax. Then black people should get the payments every month. Like social security but before retirement. They should get a free house and a car every 20 years cause we owe billions in free labor that we stole. Maybe then, I'd say that he has to be responsible for his actions. Only if we gave everything back that we took from them. Other than that, aside from rapists and child molesters, every black person should be set free from prison. When we die, I think most white people are going to shocked when God tells them that they were disgusting human beings and they deserve hell but because of His mercy they'll get what they never gave black people and thats a shame cause that's not justice. I think Jesus will make it right in the afterlife, but I don't know.God is just too damn forgiving for His own good sometimes. Why isn't there a fundraiser every year for black people? Why hasn't that happened yet? If we're not going to pay the white asshole tax, then fundraisers should be happening all the time. Actors and singers should do a fucking show and raise money for black people who are still poor and that's the majority because we made sure of that. Black people......I'm so sorry for everything we've done. The only thing I can do is put some money on Young Thugs books so he can eat well in prison. In fact, I'm going to do that now. Forever in your debt, and I wish I could ask God to get you off, but He doesn't intervene on free will, so you're probably fucked. I really am sorry for everything. Makes me sick. Alright, I'm going to put that money on your books.

Brian literally broke down the case, and rebutted everything the prosecution was going to throw at them during the opening statement. Instead of defending, that man went on attack. During the case itself he is not allowed to "testify", but he did it during the opening statement - it's technically not evidence, but it will stay with the jury. Great strategy.

Please see; Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 82, the U.S. Supreme Court: "Prosecutorial Misconduct" refers to the unethical or illegal tactics by "Prosecutors" in a criminal case, such as: withholding exculpatory evidence from the defense, making false statements, or. presenting inadmissible evidence to the jury, offering evidence they know to be false or inadmissible (including encouraging witnesses to lie on the stand), and not limited to using improper arguments. This (Alleged RICO case) is a direct example of "Abuse of Authority" fueled by District Attorney (Fani Willis) in hopes of some sort of Political gain/Popularity Contest.

1:28:30 Rap isn’t meant for brainwashing, is art, like reading a book, watching at a painting, reading poetry, going to a museum of arts, going to college getting a degree, it’s romantic, it’ll make you laugh, cry, and love, it’s absolutely non-violent, it heals, it’s all rainbow and unicorns, it’s about bringing all people together, it’s about loving and accepting every other art, like country and pop, it does no harm. Thank you for explaining that.

The whole court is a joke. the defense is a bunch of guilty punks represented by woke wimp lawyers mugging for the cameras and tryin' to be all cool. The prosecution is behind in her game and wasting Rudyard Kippling on the jury is just one example. The judge seems like he should be in command but despite his tough talk the defense is playing him like a cheap fiddle. And that stupid earring is just ridiculous. AMERICA IS IN SERIOUS JUDICIAL PERIL AND IT AIN'T JUST THIS TRIAL. THINK: JANUARY 6, HUNTER BIDEN, THE BORDER, JOE BIDEN, ALL THE WOKE LIBERAL GOVERNORS, MAYORS, POLICE CHIEFS AND SHERIFFS, PROSECUTORS AND LEGISLATORS.

What crap. Black pride is based on Americans who despite economic disadvantage mustered their courage and strength to learn, to grow, and to achieve. The 'black pride' this white lawyer tries to sell to the jury is the volunteer victimhood of cowards and bullies who put all their energy into beating the 'system' and 'getting over' on everyone, including the black brothers and sisters of America who don't want 'thug lives' ... they want rich, peaceful and honorable lives without the dope, without the violence, and without the charade of pretending they are something they are not.

Parents should have to pass something similar to a drivers license exam etc to have kids these days, we’re at maximum capacity. I, my ancestors, living relatives we have all shared clothes too, and the house I am currently in is cold. Ppl PROTEST defund the police etc and then use this like it’s supposed to be valid evidence.

But wearing Timbs and Wally’s while doing karate make you gangsta?!!🤦🏾‍♂️I must ask what’s your definition of gangster?!!because i didn’t know it was a look or style,I thought it was defined from the inside not the out .but I could be wrong 🤷🏾‍♂️

😂 you are 100% wrong.make no sense. Saying it’s define from the inside not out. You seem to be making a correlation between beauty and being a gangster. This is probably the most immature comment I’ve ever seen. Suge Knight is a gangster inside and out, gangsters exhibit Alpha Male characteristics, and they wouldn’t wear dresses. That’s why Lil Wayne said what he said about him.
