Actions have consequences and is a concept that PHX PD and PLEA need to realize they are not exempt from.

The Phoenix police is off the chain. Don’t get mad cause y’all busted. Just clean it up. Do your job and you won’t need a babysitter. And , the Sheriff was prosecuted. Don’t use him as an example

This is a good example why policing in American need to be centralized into one organization with all Officer receiving the same training. Just like all airline pilots following the FAA rules and regulations and trading all pilots to the same standards.

Police Unions have far to much power, years ago police officer's broke heads in trying to stop Unions from existing and now crying over their own Union having a beef with the Justice Department ,the key word being Justice.

The Phoenix police department needs to be revamped from the top leadership down to the rookie. This is the only way to root out the corruption imbedded within PPD!

Support your Local Police and keep them independent.

Phoenix Police do an excellent job. Moved here from San Francisco, where the Police were hamstrung by Liberal politicians. I don't want to live in a City like Baltimore.

Your comment references two different cities to make one conclusion. I don’t think Baltimore free lances their officers to San Francisco. Wanna know how police can save face and get the benefit of the doubt every time… make policies that don’t infringe on the bill of rights and be better than the politicians. There’s a reason everyone loves firefighters they don’t make fighting fires political. They go to every neighborhood with one common goal to “help civilians”. Cops go to every neighborhood with an attitude of “it’s me vs them”.
