Can you imagine how JJ’s grandparents felt.Thank god judge made the right decision.Phew! I can breathe now.

nerve racking 😳... Death penalty was taken off the table because of an error in Lori's case. Justice for JJ💙

Think how confusing this would be to the jurors if they were asked to forget about murder charges for JJ, but to carry on with the same charges for Tylee and Tammy. Boyce managed to do the right thing, not sure if it will survive an appeal or not, but he saved the skinny little butts of all four of the prosecutors. Even had the murder charge against Chad been dropped, it would've been a small victory for the defense. Prior would still have two murder charges and three conspiracy charges to deal with starting next week.

I feel as though JP knew and was saving it for the end to try cause mistrial as Boyce stated that JP didnt bring it up. Thank you god for Judge Boyce for bringing this up when you did. 🙏🙏🙏

Thanks Linda for all you do!! You know that clerk felt horrible. Thank goodness Judge Boyce noticed it and is addressing it before trial end so Chad can't get an inch in appeals. Fun fact: If I were Boyce or the Prosecution Team, I would be drinking adult beverages every evening lol

What a glitch in the matrix. With ALL the press following this case and ALL the people pouring over every detail… that no one caught that until MINUTES after the prosecution rested… wow.

Platform floats, you can easily adjust height and angles which moves your neck around while you are working and traction collar will take pressure off irritated nerves if you wear intermittently. Boyce was the one who discovered the date error, not Prior. As far as the motion to acquit from Prior, that's totally normal and expected of the defense. Amber Heards team did that a million times. I know it makes us nervous, but its all good.
